Spencer smiles and closes the door, "Just so all of you know, we do have another student in this class, however, she is away on a trip right now and won't be here until a month from now. This is an all-girls class, now, anyone wants to give any guesses as to what happens in this class."

Geo raises her hand quietly from where she was sitting, tilting her head seeming to study him, "We do things like a journalist would, we do inquiry, then we do research, then content creation, and then publishing of what you made. However, I'm not sure how I'd do that being blind."

Spencer listens before nodding, "While yes Goggles that is the correct and normal definition for a Journalism class, this is a different type of Journalism class. You are not wrong, just wrong for this class. Does anyone want to give any guesses on what this class is actually about?"

The girl wearing the headphones raised her hand quietly. The headphones were obviously off, she just liked having them on.

Spencer looks at her and nods, "Yes Headphones, what do you think?"

The girl watched before starting to use sign language to talk quietly, "My name is Billie, not Headphones. And is it something involving like reporting personal stories and such?"

Spencer listens before saying, "Ok, the rest of the class this is Billie, however, I will call you Headphones because it is fun. Is that okay with you though? I promise I know your real name, and if you want me to use Billie I will. And also, yes, exactly!"

Billie watched before giving a small nod watching him, giving a thumbs up, signing, "That's okay, just making sure you know my name."

Spencer listens before smiling and clapping his hand, "Good, alright then we can continue. Now, this class in a more detailed description is recording your story. It's, basically making a diary of sorts, HOWEVER, we have a purpose. For this class, we are going to be exploring how things like specific discussions affect the rest of your day, and this diary you'll be making will be recording it. No, I will not be reading or watching your diary at the end of this class. Instead, we will be asking you to sit down for the last weeks' worth of these classes, read or watch everything, and then report your findings! So, this class is kinda of a goofing around class, it's meant to be fun, but most of the work, the diary part, is done at home. Has anyone hear kept a diary."

Jade watched before hesitantly raising her hand, watching Spencer uncertain.

Spencer watched before smiling and nodding, "You're either confused about the question or you have kept a diary, which is it Balloon?"

Jade listens, pulling her knees closer to her chest watching him, "The second one, my mom had me start making a camera diary when I was 3, but I don't remember most of the videos up until I was 6. I kept doing it up until... something happened. I no longer have the camera, but it had 3 full chips with years worth of entries."

Spencer blinks, staring at her uncertain of how to respond, "That's.... that's a lot, but it's good to know you know how to use a camera and how to do a diary!"

Geo raised her hand staring at Spencer following him as he moved around the room.

Spencer paused and nodded, "Yes Goggles, what's up?"

Geo said, "I can't see words and such, I use Brail or audiobooks of things. How would I keep a diary for this class?"

Spencer listens before grinning and clapping his hands pointing at her, "Great question! We have two options, and we have the material provided. We have notebooks, all different designs don't worry and you can style them at home, and we also have cameras you girls can take and use. Now, some of you are triplets, some of you twins. You need your own book or camera, no sharing allowed!" he teased. "Now, who here would prefer a camera over a notebook? These were all cameras that were recycled and would have been thrown away even though they work just fine."
