-3rd POV-

Those of us in Class 1-A of U.A. High School's hero course take on provisional hero licensing exam.

Everyone was shocked by the destruction of the field. 

""Bysliders"?"" Mineta and Kaminari said.

""Bystanders."" Hagakure corrected them, "They're people who happen to be at the scene. We learned this in class, remember?"

"It can also refer to ordinary citizens, though." Yaoyaorozu said, looking back at the screen.

"We will assume that those of you who have passed the first test have received your provisional licenses and test how well you can carry out suitable rescue procedures." Mera announced.

Midoriya thought back to the All Might video he used to watch and Kamino, "Rescue..." He muttered.

"There are people in there." Shoji said.

"Huh?" Sato's eyes widen, "Elderly and children?!"

"That's so dangerous! What are they doing?" The grape exclaimed.

"They are people who have undergone training to be professional people-in-need-of-rescue and are in high demand right now—The "Help Us Company," or "H.U.C." for short!"

"Professional people-in-need-of-rescue?" Sero questioned.

"There are a lot of jobs out there, huh?" Asui said.

"It's one adapted to this world where heroes are so popular." Ojiro said, as she looked at him.

"The people from H.U.C. have dressed up as injured victims and are on standby throughout the disaster site. We will now have you all carry out their rescue. In addition, we will score your rescue based on points and if you have more points than the benchmark at the end of the exercises, then you pass. We will start in ten minutes, so please use the restroom and take care of any other necessary business right now."

"Midoriya-kun." Iida walked up and stopped beside him.

The said male nodded, "Yeah...I wonder if this disaster site is based on Kamino Ward..."

"It's true that the situations are similar. Back then, we were focused on getting Bakugo far away from the villains...and staying out of the way of the pros. There were many casualties in the midst of all that."

"Let's do our best."

(Y/n) hummed with a grin as she sat on a table and swinging her legs back and forth, talking with some of the sidekicks.

"I'm thinking of coming in hot and punching someone with Black Flash! And then cause distress to the rest!"

The sidekicks only sweatdropped, knowing that she was having too much fun with this.

Gang Orca laughed, patting her head, "Little seal, I told you to go easy. They're not on your level after all." He said.

She pouted, "Aw, I wanted to cause chaos for them, but I guess you're right, uncle Ku."

He let out a sigh, "Ah, you've grown so much. I remember just yesterday you were asking for me to take you to the aquariums."

She deadpanned, "That's because I did and you didn't because you were busy."
