The atmosphere was heavy with tension, the air crackling with an undercurrent of impending conflict. Atharv's heart pounded as he stormed out of his house, his pulse a thunderous rhythm in his ears. Each step he took was fueled by the simmering rage coursing through his veins, a rage that had been ignited by the words Priyal had shared with him just moments ago.

The memory of her trembling voice, recounting Tanishq's vile threats against Aashvi, his own sister, replayed in his mind like a broken record. But what haunted him most was the image of Aashvi holding scissors, her face pale and her eyes hollow, as she teetered on the brink of harming herself. The despair in her eyes had shattered him, and the thought of her being pushed to such an edge by Tanishq's cruelty filled him with a burning need to protect her.

He couldn't stand by and watch Tanishq continue to destroy Aashvi's life. Not anymore. As Atharv reached his car, he yanked open the door and slid into the driver's seat, his hands gripping the steering wheel with a white-knuckled intensity. The engine roared to life, but his mind was elsewhere—locked in a furious loop of thoughts and emotions.

His sister's tear-streaked face, her trembling voice as she recounted the threats, the way she clutched at her swollen belly as if trying to shield her unborn child from the darkness that threatened to engulf them both—it all flashed before his eyes in vivid, heart-wrenching detail.

The pain she was enduring, the fear she was living with every day, made his blood boil with a fury he hadn't known he was capable of. He had to put an end to this. He had to protect her and her unborn child, no matter the cost.
