Running toward her class with a worried face, Ashavi looked at her watch to check the time, knowing she was extremely late for her 10th standard class.

She picked up her pace but didn't realize when she bumped into someone and fell on him. She quickly stood up without looking at him, apologized for her behavior, and walked into her class. The boy she bumped into was still sitting on the ground in the corridor, looking at the closed door of the 10th class. He huffed as he stood up, cleaned himself off, and walked away to attend his class.

"Tanishq, yaar, kaha tha tu?"

One of Tanishq's friends asked why he was late to class, which rarely happened.

"Nothing, just bumped into someone."

"Who, someone?"

His friend asked with a smirk, which made Tanishq roll his eyes in annoyance as he sat down on his bench and focused on the lecture. Although he was clearly focused on the class, he couldn't stop thinking about the girl he bumped into. He shook his head, deciding to find her and learn more about her, even her name.

'Why does it feel like I know her or have seen her somewhere? Why can't I remember?'"Tanishq?"

One of his friends called him again, breaking his chain of thoughts. Tanishq looked at him and nodded, making his friends feel odd. He was never the type to get distracted, especially in school classes.
