The baseball field was alive with energy as students from every corner of the college gathered to watch the intense match between Omkar's team and their rivals. The clear blue sky bore witness to the roaring cheers and lively chatter that echoed throughout the campus. Flags waved, slogans were chanted, and the thrill of competition hung in the air.

"Omkar! Omkar!"

the crowd chanted as Omkar's team took their positions. Despite their enthusiasm, the scoreboard painted a grim picture. Omkar's team was trailing by several points, and frustration was evident on every player's face.

Meanwhile, Aashvi, Isha, and Aadhriti entered the field and made their way to the seating area. Aashvi, wearing a casual yet elegant blue dress, adjusted her hair as she glanced at the players. Her calm demeanor and radiant smile lit up the surroundings, instantly drawing attention.

Isha nudged Aashvi with a teasing grin.

"Looks like someone has caught the attention of our star player, Omkar. He's been looking over here since the match started."

"Don't be ridiculous,"

Aashvi replied, rolling her eyes.

"I'm just here to support the team like everyone else."

Unbeknownst to her, Omkar's eyes had indeed wandered toward the stands the moment Aashvi arrived. His heart skipped a beat, and his grip on the baseball bat tightened. He had admired Aashvi from afar for months, harboring a one-sided love that he never dared to confess. Her presence ignited something within him—a spark of determination that hadn't been there moments ago.

The game resumed, and the pressure on Omkar's team mounted. The opposing team's pitcher hurled a fastball, striking out one of Omkar's teammates. Disappointed groans rippled through the crowd.

Omkar stepped up to bat, his mind racing. He couldn't let his team down. More importantly, he couldn't let Aashvi down. Taking a deep breath, he adjusted his stance and focused on the pitcher.

The next ball hurtled toward him, and with a powerful swing, he connected. The ball soared high into the sky before landing far beyond the reach of the opposing team's fielders. Cheers erupted as Omkar dashed toward first base, then second, and finally slid safely into third.

The momentum shifted. Omkar's hit seemed to breathe new life into his team, inspiring them to fight harder. Aashvi watched intently, her usual composed expression replaced with genuine excitement.

"He's good,"

Aadhriti remarked, nudging Aashvi.

"You should talk to him after the game."

Aashvi shook her head, though a small smile crept onto her lips.

"Let's just focus on the game."

The innings progressed, and Omkar's team began to close the gap. Omkar's performance was nothing short of heroic. He made spectacular catches, delivered precise throws, and even scored another run. His teammates rallied around him, their confidence bolstered by his unwavering resolve.
