Serreno, Mordain's bedroom:

The Count of Serreno lay in his bed shirtless revealing his toned and VERY visible muscles. However, he didn't take anything else off, not even his boots, or trousers. It was a strange nightwear, but when you're the leader of an entire faction that's embroiled in a civil war with another faction, you need to prepare for anything. Besides, he found it rather comforting and calming for his sleep time.

As he slept, he began dreaming about the past, about everything leading up to this moment. From the day he met Ahsoka, to leaving the order with Dooku, to fighting on Geonosis, to now.

Jedi Temple, Coruscant,  11 years ago:

Jax wandered through the Jedi temple with a rather cheery attitude. Despite being a youngling, the boy often found himself reading or learning about things that a Padawan or a knight would learn about. As he wandered, he soon came into contact with Count Dooku, the man who saved him and brought him here.

Dooku: Ah, young Jax. How are you feeling today?

Jax: Better than ever master. I have a funny feeling about someone new coming here, but I don't know what to make of it.

Dooku: (Smiles) Trust in the force young one. The force has a will of its own and will guide us to our destinies.

Jax: Thank you master. Speaking of which, I was recently learning about living after death? I was quite confused.

Dooku: (Smiles politely again) That is advanced training young one. Even my Padawan, Qui-Gon, has yet to learn the full extent of things such as that.

Jax: What about you master Dooku?

Dooku: Even I struggle with that sort of thing. Anyway, I must be on my way. It was good to see you young one, I wish you well.

The Jedi master smiled as they both nodded and went in opposite directions. Jax always liked Dooku, he was somewhat of a father figure to him, and considering Dooku often helped him in training with Form II, they often had much to talk about. Dooku was fascinated with the will of the force, and was always willing to share his findings with Jax, despite him not being his Padawan. They more or less had a father-son type relationship, and even when Windu complained about it, Dooku just straight up ignored him and didn't care what he said. Jax often found it funny when Dooku annoyed Windu. The Vaapad user was a stickler for the code, and lately, Dooku had been really pushing his boundaries with annoying Windu in a "professional manner", as he called it.

Anyway, as Jax was walking around the temple, he soon heard someone...crying? This wasn't right! Crying was a sign of sadness, and in Jax's eyes, no one deserved to be sad. Letting his curious nature show, Jax followed the sniffling and crying noises, until he happened upon a young, Togruta girl, about two years younger than he was. Now, Jax saw that she was young, and didn't think she spoke the same language as him, so, using his advanced research into the many languages of the galaxy, he spoke to her in her native tongue.

Jax: (In Togruti) Hey, are you okay?

The girl looked up with tears in her eyes as Jax knelt down in front of her with a calm and friendly smile.

???: (In Togruti) No. I'm lost. I'm scared. How do you know our language?

Jax: (In Togruti) I researched all languages I can find. Just in case I met a species that doesn't speak Coruscanti one day. I've always wanted to go out into the stars and explore.

???: (Smiles a little, but speaks in Togruti) You're funny.

Jax: (In Togruti) Thank you. What's your name?
