Ryloth:

Mordain felt the dark side flowing through his entire body, it was like a drug he was addicted to. The fact that the Separatists were now WINNING this conflict, gave him great relief and boosted his confidence. He needed it. After rendezvousing with his troops, he made his way to the front of the line and saw the familiar face of Mace Windu running towards them. Grinning underneath his mask and hood, the Sith Lord knew he'd be exposed by the end of this, but the fact they didn't know his identity at all would help massively. Turning to the command battle droid, the MB1 with yellow spots on his waist and head. Mordain nodded.

Mordain: Now...

He hissed, the Command droid nodded and then gave the signal. Every tank, weapon, or blaster was fired in an instant, completely decimating the mass of beings running towards them at great speed. Funnily enough, no Twi'lek were with them. The freedom fighters led by Cham Syndulla must've seen the speech and refused to help the Republic.

Mordain: NOW!!!

He roared through his mask voice modulator, and no sooner had he done that, Vulture droids came flying out from the skies, promptly being chased by Republic fighters, and began bombing the Republic forces on the ground. Mordain watched as everything was thrown into disarray, with a big fat smile on his face under his mask.

Ryloth airspace, Anakin and Ahsoka:

Anakin Skywalker and his Padawan, Ahsoka Tano, were both flying desperately to avoid the Vulture droids that would just not fall. First a new fleet shows up and decimates the Venators, leaving few barley operational, then the Vulture droids suddenly become smarter and begun actually LEARNING their attack formations, and now the entirety of Ryloth is rising up AGAINST the Republic thanks to a speech made by a Separatist General who knows how to gain favour and win people's trust. It had all started so well, and now, the Republic barely had a footing. Even Obi-Wan was being pushed out by these new droids, droids that are actually smart, learn. It's...unfathomable to say the least. Whoever this general is, he knows how the Republic and Jedi fight, not to mention he's managed to turn an entire campaign from being a major success, to being on the verge of failing badly.

Anakin: Ahsoka! Watch those droids! We need to provide air support for Master Windu!

Ahsoka: I don't think that matters anymore master! Look down there!!

The Padawan yelled through their Comms as both of them sped through the skies. When they looked down, their eyes widened in horror as they saw the onslaught of droids, tanks, and Separatist forces violently dismantling any organised attack that the Republic had launched.

But what set this battle apart from the others, was the fact that the droids...were learning. They weren't simply throwing themselves at the enemy and hoping for the best as they usually did, but instead it seemed as if they were moving like real people, as if they were almost sentient in a way and thinking of strategies to assist them in battle. Anakin looked down and then at the Vulture droids flying behind him, they were definitely linked, there was no doubt about it, but in what connection did they have with the fleet that just arrived? How did that fit into it all? And most importantly, WHO was leading the fleet?

----------------
Ryloth, Ground forces:

Mordain watched as his FAR more competent and intelligent droids absolutely DECIMATED the Republic forces. It was a sight that made him crack a satisfied smile. But like all things, there just HAD to be a complication. After having moved around a bit, Mordain had ended up right in the centre of the battlefield...and right in the cross hairs of Mace Windu.
