"Babe, I'll see you later, okay?" Pedri said, grabbing his bags before leaving first to the stadium, getting ready for the match.
"Yes, honey. I'll get the girls and we'll meet you there." I told him, dropping off the things I was doing to give him a kiss before heading out.
"I love the way it sparks." he murmured, after taking a few seconds to look at the ring while he held my hand.
"And I love you!" I whispered playfully, letting him go.
Tonight is a big game in the league and I have to be there for Pedri, as I usually can't travel with him all the time when the team plays away. Luckily, they play at home in this match and everything is in favor for Barcelona.
Time flies so fast on these days, I barely manage to have it all done on time. I went back to our bedroom, putting on a simple outfit made from his jersey and baggy jeans. When I was doing my makeup, Gabriela called me since she couldn't get inside.
"New trend?" she asked ironically as she noticed that I got to apply lipstick only on my upper lip.
"You should try it too! I want to see if fits you." I told her, subtly flipping her, as she smiled innocently at me.
"For real now, I love the shade." she said, as we went upstairs so I could finish what I started.
"Thank you, babs. I had no idea what to wear other than nude with this jersey." I said, looking for my mascara.
"You always look amazing, you should teach me your ways." Gabriela continued, looking at me in the mirror.
"I have no particular secret in this, honestly." I told her, smiling quickly.
"I'll just watch and learn then." she continued, taking a look at her phone which was buzzing, "Evelyn is here." continuing as she went outside to get her in.
"Coffee anyone? I feel like we'll be celebrating for a while." I said, walking down the living room where the girls were waiting for me.
"I mean, there's still plenty of time left." Gabriela said, checking the time on her phone, while Evelyn nodded yes.
"Balde?" I asked surprised, as I noticed his number on Evelyn's back while going to the kitchen.
"New WAG alert?" Gabriela rushed to say, giggling, while Evelyn was blushing uncontrollably.
"It's a 'thank you gift' because I helped him with something, please." Evelyn said, trying to shut us down, keeping texting on her phone.
"She's talking to him!" Gabriela said, peeking on her phone.
"Gabby!" Evelyn continued, furrowing her eyebrows, as she tried to keep a straight face.
"There it is, that look in her eyes!" I said, leaving the cups of coffee on the table.
"Alright, you got me. We've been talking for a while but we'll see where this is going. Let's hope I didn't jinx it now." Evelyn eventually admitted, leaving her phone aside.
"Alex is such a nice guy, he always makes me laugh until I cry. But I'm sure you already know that about him." I said, making a heart with my hands to tease her.
"He's an angel, I remember so many times he would be upset that he never found the right one, but he still had hope." Gabriela continued, shrugging at Evelyn.
"So all of us has their guy on the pitch tonight, this is gonna be fun." I said, making them laugh.
"We should go, don't you think? The traffic will be awful soon." Gabriela said.
