"Four days without you, I have no idea how they are going to pass." I said as I was packing my bags with Pedri.
"Me neither, but luckily we have company." he jokes.
"We have the opportunity to do the funniest thing ever." I said, stopping for a few seconds to look at him.
"What?" Pedri asked, laughing, waiting to hear my idea.
"What if we let them go there alone and we run to another place?" I said, raising an eyebrow, while he couldn't stop laughing.
"It's a good idea if you want to get rid of our only friends." he said, continuing to pack his things.
"You're no fun anymore, Jesus." I said, making fun of him.
"There's also a thing called honeymoon, where basically happens what you suggested." Pedri said, leaving his things aside and coming closer to me for a kiss.
"Can you promise me one thing?" I asked him while I continued packing.
"Anything, love." he said, with no hesitation.
"Be careful of any girl that might come closer to you." I told him, while he gave me a look at first.
"You are the only one who is allowed to be close to me. The guys won't do anything stupid." he reassured me.
"Good, thank you." I said, smiling softly.
"Hey, what you're doing with that?" Pedri asked annoyed as he noticed I was ready to pack a short dress too.
"What's wrong with it?" I asked him playfully as I was trying it on.
"Absolutely no. No. Take this instead." he said as he grabbed my first choice to hand me another dress, a bit longer than the first one, but having the same vibe.
"Mr. Jealousy." I murmured.
"I don't want to spy on you when we're supposed to have fun." he said, mirroring my vibe.
"Spy on me, really?" I said, trying to control my laugh.
"Oh, you have no idea, baby." he continued, unbothered.
"What?" I asked him, with eyes wide open.
"What? These crazy obsessed lonely men might get out of hand when they see someone this beautiful, and since I'm not there to show them that they have no chance to even look at you..." Pedri explained, raising his eyebrows.
"No one's gonna steal me from you." I told him, stopping making fun of him eventually.
"I'm convinced about it."
"Seriously now, with what happened these days I'm not in the mood at all to leave, I only want to stay with you." I said as I sat on the edge of the bed, holding a shirt in my hand.
"I know, I know." Pedri said, sitting next to me, and kissing my forehead. "But you need this. You will have some fun, and forget about everything at home. You're still with some of your closest people." then continued, holding my hand.
"Then we will go back to normal." I sighed, meeting his eyes.
"I promise you, we will figure it out. Patience, my dear." Pedri whispered, holding me into his arms, as he rested his head on my shoulder.
"You're right. We got this." I said, trying to put on an optimistic face for him, even though my soul was still broken, and I had no idea how to make this less painful.
"Think about it; we have these free days, a wedding coming soon, then a honeymoon. So many things left to enjoy and cherish." he said, trying to make my mind go away from this.
"Honestly, being pregnant while doing all these would be too much." I said, laughing somehow about it.
"Besides, I need some time to learn how to be useful during pregnancy, I don't want to be a burden to you for 9 months." Pedri said,
"Don't say that! I am sure that you will be doing great." I told him as I pushed him away, joking.
"You're just saying this now..." he murmured, following me with his eyes as I got up and continued packing.
"Shut up." I said, giving him a look.
"There you go." Pedri said, watching me anticipate my next move, but unfortunately for him, he found himself with a shirt thrown to his face.
"And it went." I said, not long before he would start running around the house to catch me to get his revenge.
