We got to the parking lot, and Gabriela was making calls at every place she knew for our dinner, trying to find reservations somewhere.
"You do, really? Thank you so much. We will be there at 9 then, thank you once again." we heard Gabriela aside from us. "It's done, guys. I found a place where they have places for us." she continued.
"Thank you, you really can do miracles." I told her and she gave me a big smile.
"Let's say I have a little power." she said giving me a wink.
"We should leave, the traffic might get worse later." Pedri suggested as we headed to our cars, but somehow we were left alone, as Sofia went with Fer, and Evelyn got with Gabriela, Gavi, and Olivia.
"We can gossip as much as we want to now, I guess." I told Pedri as we were getting ready to leave.
"Besides gossiping, I wanted to ask you, how many days do you have left there?" he asked me as he had his eyes fixed on the road.
"I think a week." I simply told him, as I realised how fast the time passed.
"I see." he said, more like a whisper.
"Why, though?" I insisted.
"I just wanted to know how much time we can spend together every day." Pedri explained with a rushed voice.
"Right." I told him, not trying to get more out of him, connecting my phone to his car.
"Wow, I wasn't expecting you to listen to this kind of music." he said as I played some ASAP Rocky.
"Well, I'm full of surprises." I told him, giving him a wink, and I saw him with a smile. "What a nice car! I love Mustangs." I said as I noticed a white Mustang in front of us.
"It really looks good, not gonna lie, but I'm more into SUVs." Pedri said and I gave him a surprised look. "What? Isn't that obvious?" he continued laughing.
"It is, I was thinking about a Cayenne too, but my father gifted me a GLC after I finished high school. He knew how much I love them." I explained.
"You with an SUV too? That's surprising. I could've sworn that you drove a smaller car." he said surprised in a good way.
"Dad wants me safe." I told him with an innocent voice, but leaving many interpretations to that statement.
"I'm sure he does." he continued, but he got a bit confused. "Oh, good. I thought I lost Gabriela." he continued relieved.
"Yeah, I was thinking the same. I hope we can make it in time." I said as I checked my phone for the time.
"We will, don't worry." Pedri said and for a moment it was a bit of silence between us.
"How much do you know about our football?" I asked him laughing, but seriously curious about his answer.
"I know about some players that are in LaLiga right now, it happened that I played a few games with them. And the national team, they are doing good. I know how great it used to be your country many years ago, and I'm sorry that they kind of fell off, but I'm sure at some point they will get back, it's a lot of potential there." he explained and that left me surprised.
"Would you like to see a game from the stadium if you come to Romania?" I asked him again.
"Why not? If it was me, I'd try even a friendly." he said but I tried so hard not to laugh at his idea.
