No one's pov:
Charlotte walks into the office.
"Hi Marjorie. Hi Autumn, I'm so sorry I'm late."
"It's alright my love don't worry about it" Marjorie says comfortingly
"What room am I in today by the way I can't remember."
"Your in the toddler room today" Marjorie answers
"Okay thanks Marjorie I'll go sign in"
"Alright my love"
Charlotte smiles and leaves the office going to sign in for the day.
-A parent walks into the office-
"Hello Brenda you alright?" Marjorie asks
"No not really, I have a complaint to make"
-10 minutes later-
"I don't care if it's safeguarding, Charlotte knows me and I find it incredibly rude and disrespectful!"- the parent explains
Charlotte has been stood at the door as she finished that sentence.
Marjorie could see Charlotte was hurt
So could autumn
Charlotte turns around and walks of.
"Which one do you want?" Marjorie asks autumn.
"I'll take Charlotte this time, you can take care of Brenda"
Brenda looks confused
As autumn stands up and walks always she can hear Marjorie shouting at the parent.
Autumn checks the staff room for Charlotte, not here.
She checks the toddler room and asks Sorscha if she knows where she is, Sorscha doesn't know.
Autumn walks into the bathroom
She can hear sniffles coming from the far left stall.
She knocks on the door,
"Charlotte? Can you open the door?"
No answer
"Charlotte it's Autumn, it's only me"
Charlotte unlocks the door,
"Can I come in?" Autumn asks
"Mhm" a faint reply form char
Autumn enters the stall.
She sees Charlotte with her mascara and makeup smudged down her face
Charlotte hides her face.
Even though this was out of Autumns comfort zone she knew charlotte needed a hug.
She hugged Charlotte.
Char was shocked, she didn't expect that. She hugged autumn back.
Autumn brings Charlotte back to the office where Marjorie had already sent the parent away. Majorie saw Charlottes face as rushed to her to hug her. Autumn closed the office door so no one could see in or eavesdrop (mainly Carly)
"Charlotte you can't be this upset over what the parent said, what's going on?" Marjorie asked
