Autumns pov
I got a message last night from Marjorie.
Marjorie- 'Autumn you awake?'
Autumn- 'Yes I am, is everything okay?'
Marjorie- 'Kind of, not really, basically I was driving home from the shop at 11pm and see Charlotte on the side of the road, I don't know if she was asleep or something but she was in shorts and a bra. I think something has happened with Mia. Could you come round mine in the morning before work?'
Autumn- 'oh god is Charlotte okay? And yes I'll come round.'
Marjorie- 'honestly I don't know she fell asleep in my car so we carried her in, but she's got more bruises on her back now, thanks autumn I'll see you tomorrow'
Autumn- 'See you tomorrow'
As I walk into Marjorie and Reece's house I hear the sound of Charlotte crying. I rush into the guest room and see Charlotte sat there in the bed crying. I rush over and hug her.
Hearing Charlotte cry makes me want to cry, I'd never tell anyone this though, Charlotte is just so kind and it makes me so sad thinking someone had upset her to this point.Marjorie leaves as she has to go to work, I stay with Charlotte until she's calm.
"I'm sorry you're going through this Charlotte, you don't deserve it at all.
Would you mind if I look at the mark on your back. To make sure it's okay?"Charlotte nods in agreement
I slightly lift the back of Charlottes jumper to check on the mark. It has started to swell. It's already begun to bruise.
It looks so painful.
I mention to Charlotte what I saw and that we should keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't get any worse."I know Marjorie said you want to come into work so if you'd like I can drive to home to get some clothes and then I can drive you to work if you'd like" I say
"That would be good if you don't mind" Charlotte responds.
"Of course" I say
We get in my car and head to chars house
