While Autumn is driving to work she can't stop thinking about Charlotte.
She worried about her the whole drive.
As she arrives at the nursery she decides to ring the hospital.
-Over phone-
Doctor- Hello how can I help
Autumn- Hi I'm calling about Charlotte, I was just wondering if you could call me with any updates and if she needs me?
Doctor- yes of course I can, what is your name?
Autumn- it's Autumn
Doctor- okay then autumn we will ring you with any updates.
Autumn- Thank you
Knowing that the hospital would ring her with any updates made her feel better.
Autumn walks into the Nursery.
All the staff notice her enter. They wanted to ask her whats happened with Charlotte, however they were all in ratio.
Autumn walks into the office and Marjorie is sat in her seat, and Reece is stood opposite her desk.
"Morning Autumn" Marjorie says
"Morning Aut" Reece says
"Morning guys" Autumn says as she sits down.
"How's Charlotte?" Marjorie asks with worry in her voice.
"She's looking a little bit better. She's more awake but other than that not much has improved, she has an MRI scan booked at 11am and then she's getting stitches on her face at about 3pm. She's scared, but the hospital have said they will call me if she needs me so if they ring me I was going to ask if I'd be able to go?"
"Of course you can go, I still can't believe what happened." Marjorie says.
"Is that all the tests they need to do?" Reece says. You can tell he's worried about Charlotte.
"For now, yes, they may need to do more depending on the results of the MRI. She was knocked unconscious from the impact of the glass, so they need to make sure everything's okay."
"If there's anything Charlotte needs then let us know," Marjorie says.
"I will" Autumn says.
