"Enzo."

The tone and voice of the person speaking to him was all but familiar. He looked around and found a silhouette of a person he kept close to his heart walking towards him.

"Ma..?"

For a second, he saw his mother approaching him. With a wide smile on her face was gleaming, in that second, he was on the verge of crying in her arms. But as the figure approached closer, the mirage of his mother disappeared. Instead was replaced with someone he loves. But not as a mother, but as a brother. Yet it was still painful looking at him.

"Enzo."

"Azzy." Enzo stood up, "Is there anything you need?"

"No. Just here to...Check up on you."

Enzo's eyebrow was raised at his reasoning, "Oh. That's...unexpected." He crossed his arms, "Well...I'm fine right now. Thanks."

"I see..." Aziroth walked to his side and leaned on the wall, "How's the others?"

"Didn't bother to ask them yourself?"

Aziroth had no answer to that. Enzo had a point. And Aziroth had a reason for it that he still refused to tell him, "No...That's why I came to you..."

"Same old Azzy..."

The two of them stood in silence, watching as Yuri spotted Carmilo on a bench press. With Zhu standing to the side just watching as Yuri hyped the exhausted Carmilo that looked like he was about to faint and drop the weight on top of himself.

"Yuri and Carmilo are the same. The only difference is that Yuri works out way more often, so she's big. And Carmilo...He still loves to dance. Now he's got a broad range of styles. Tango and everything." Enzo broke the silence, "Zhu's a new member of the friend group. She's a bit shy but honestly is one of the kindest person I know."

"Where is she from in china?"

"Said that she had lived in a village instead of the big city."

"Hm..." Aziroth mostly knew what changed with Enzo. After all he is still one of his closest friends, but there's still many things that he hasn't told Aziroth, "I'll just cut to the chase then Enzo."

"What is it?"

"I'm..." Aziroth nearly choked on his words. In all of human history, the words he was going to speak have to be the hardest thing to say, instead, he tries to delay it until he's ready, "An asshole...Alright?"

"What makes you say that?"

"Enzo...Fuck it...I'll show you." Aziroth unbuttoned his shirt slightly and pulled the left side of the shirt away. Giving Enzo a full view of the black markings that Aziroth had only shown to the headmaster, and Marlen.

"What the..."

"This...was why I left all of you. This exact thing." Aziroth pointed at the scale-like markings.

Enzo took a closer look at the markings, "That is..."

"Horrible. I know. The reason I abandoned you, Marlen and the others was this. It was a warning. Showing me visions of impending death. And doom. It had already happened with my two brothers. And I do not want it to affect you all as well." Aziroth explained.

"That sounds stupid. How would avoiding us exactly protect us?"

"That's exactly what I thought. That's why I'm...coming here to you." Aziroth looked away before closing his shirt again, "Listen Enzo...I want to fix our friendship. I don't want it to be like this ever again..."
