Lydia and Scott

After agreeing to split into mini groups Lydia finds herself walking towards the north stand with Scott; this is the first time they have been alone since Allison returned back to life. Lydia knew Scott didn't have the full picture on what had happened between herself and Stiles.

"Lydia, I never got to Congratulate you nor tell you how sorry I am for not being there for you and Stiles. Why didn't you call me? You must know I would have come down in the drop of a hat." Scott states trying to not blame Lydia for not calling him but feel the need to express how he is feeling about not being told his Godson had died.

"Noah told you, didn't he? I'm sorry we didn't say anything to you, everything just happened so quickly with Jamie's death and then Stiles's fight for his life next thing you know I am leaving with Ali and am pregnant once again." Lydia states releasing some tension she had built up since arriving back to Beacon Hills, knowing there was no need to lie to Scott as he could sense it and he is practically Stiles's brother.

"Back at the Hospital, he showed me a news article from that day; I can't even begin to imagine the pain of that happening or the strain it popped on your relationship. Lydia, is this why you left?" Scott asks stopping before the entrance to the field as he can sense the mountain ash barrier blocking their path.

Lydia stopped slightly ahead of Scott looking out into the grounds before reaching forward and tapping the air causing a white ripple to run through the sky and ground; Lydia knew this was no normal barrier of mountain ash blocking their way.

"Lydia what's...." Scott starts to ask before stopping as they hear footsteps approaching from behind them; a cloaked figure stops and stares at them.

"Who is that?" Scott asks as he stares deeply at the figure in the hood cloak recognising their scent but just couldn't quite picture who it maybe.

"It's him." Lydia replies as the figure steps forward dropping their hood down and revealing the face of their old Chemistry Teacher, Adrian Harris.

"I'm surprised that you don't recognise me Scott, seeing as you are the reason I died." Adrian states before firing a shot and hitting Scott in the side taking him down to his knees before he aims his gun towards Lydia who quickly raises one hand palm spread open while the other protectively covers her stomach.

"Do it. Scream Lydia. Scream like a banshee." Adrian states sneeringly before Lydia lowers her hand down.

"That's right you haven't screamed since that day, have you?" He continues as tears fill Lydia's eyes as Scott uses the nearby pillar to regain standing.

"What do you want from us?" Lydia asks trying hard to not show her fear towards Adrian but knowing she is failing.

"Well, I don't want an apology if that is what you are asking, after you served me up on a silver platter." Adrian continues before Scott goes to interrupt him before being shot in the leg taking him fully to the floor this time.

"I knew the Nogitsune was too chaotic to play this game on his own, especially as he acts almost the same way as Stilinski does. All I had to do was give him my pain and thanks to you all I had plenty to share."

"Yet a thousand year old Nogitsune was finding Lydia's pain particularly appealing not just the lost of a child but a heartbreak is a veritable delicacy to him; so give him a taste Lydia. Tell us why you left Stiles or the next bullet goes into Scott's brain." Adrian advises before standing next to Scott and placing the barrel of the gun next to his temple.
