The next evening, to Pon’s surprise, Pavel stopped him at the back entrance of the school.
Just like yesterday, Pavel arrived on his motorcycle, carrying a bag in his hand.
Today, Pon came out of the back entrance alone. Sailub was called away by a teacher for something urgent and couldn’t eat with him.
After giving it some thought, even though Sailub offered to help return the shoes, it was still his own matter in the end.
Besides, North High wasn’t far away. He packed the shoes into his bag and planned to go to find Pavel at North High after eating.
But now that he saw Pavel at the entrance, it actually saved him from making another trip.
He ran up to Pavel and threw the box containing the shoes into his hands, saying, “Here, I don’t casually accept things from other people, and I’m not accepting your sincerity either.”
He put on a cold and indifferent expression, as if he was an omega with a heart of stone.
Pavel wasn’t angered by it, nor did he argue with Pon. He stuffed the bag of items into Pon’s arms and said, “If you won’t accept the shoes, how about food? These are snacks made by my mom, it’s much better than those from those bakeries.”
Pon was stunned.
This friend was quite something, bringing out snacks made by his own mother to pursue someone.
He was about to push it back, but Pavel said, “If you don’t accept it, I’ll come back tomorrow. If you accept it, I won’t come tomorrow.”
Upon hearing this, Pon’s hand, which was pushing back the bag, stopped.
But he wasn’t stupid either. He raised his head and asked seriously, “What about the day after tomorrow? Are you coming?”
Pavel was amused by him and said, “Yep, I’m coming every day.”
Pon was immediately unhappy, “Then I won’t accept it.”
Pavel burst into laughter.
He rarely ever laughs so joyfully, but Pon was truly very amusing.
Seeing that Sailub wasn’t around today, Pavel intended to spend more time with Pon and didn’t want to upset him too much.
“I won’t be able to come in the next few days. I’m a third-year student now, and mock exams are coming up. Where will I get the time?” He followed behind Pon step by step.
When he saw Pon entering a restaurant, he shamelessly went inside as well, even insisting on sitting at the same table as him.
Pon had no way to deal with him. Pavel didn’t cause any trouble today, so he couldn’t find a reason to hit him.
“If Sai were here, he would definitely hit you,” Pon said as he picked up his chopsticks and spoke to Pavel. “Consider yourself lucky that it’s me you’ve met. I have a good temper.”
Although besides himself, no one else would think he has a good temper.
“Is your relationship with Sailub Hemmawich that good?” Pavel’s smile faded slightly, and he didn’t rush to eat his fried rice. He propped up his chin and looked at Pon.
“Of course,” Pon’s eyes suddenly sparkled. “Sai and I have been bros for over ten years, you know? I was placed into his crib shortly after I was born. We grew up together.”
Pavel’s lips flattened even more.
Pon continued to mutter about Sailub, “Sai’s a really great person. I’m not just saying nice things about him because he’s my bro. Compared to him, you’re way off…”
