Sailub rushed down the building.
Outside the garden gate, under the dim streetlight, there was a silver suitcase with the person he had been longing for sitting on top of it.
He had handsome features and bright eyes, and his long legs seemed restless as they were slightly curled up.
He wore a red scarf around his neck that was messily draped over his shoulders, but it didn’t diminish his good looks at all.
Pon was sitting on the suitcase, looking at Sailub.
Half an hour ago, a few snowflakes had drifted down from the sky, they were too small to accumulate on the ground but a few flakes stayed on his hair, and his face was almost frozen stiff.
However, as he looked at Sailub running towards him from under the plum trees in the courtyard, he couldn’t help but smile.
He traveled for over a dozen hours all the way from M Country to Sailub’s building just to see the sparkle in Sailub’s eyes when he sees him.
And now, with Sailub standing before him, he felt oddly composed instead.
Sitting on the suitcase, he greeted Sailub casually as if he had just come over from next door.
“Are you happy to see me?” he asked Sailub with a smile.
Sailub almost thought he was still dreaming.
But when he held Pon in his arms, the tangible sensation of the hug assured him that this was real.
This wasn’t a dream.
Pon truly appeared in front of him and was held by him in his arms.
“Why did you come back?” Sailub held Pon tightly and couldn’t help but kiss his ear.
Pon’s ear was tickled by the kiss, but he didn’t resist. He smiled and said, “Sai, why are you asking when you already know?”
When he hung up the call with Sailub, he immediately picked up his suitcase and rushed downstairs.
In front of his stunned parents, he declared that he was going back home alone.
Then he spent over ten hours on the plane alone and waited half an hour for a taxi in the middle of the night before finally appearing at Sailub’s doorsteps.
During the entire flight, he couldn’t fall asleep and was consumed with thoughts of Sailub.
He knew his actions were reckless and that he would have to wear his lips out explaining himself to his parents later.
But he didn't care.
With a heart full of passion, he sat on the plane with a silly smile, thinking about what expression would be on Sailub's face when he saw him.
And he thought about it the entire flight.
He could no longer deceive himself.
He traveled such a long distance, was it only to fulfill the promise between bros and for the feelings between childhood sweethearts?
Pon patted Sailub’s shoulder.
Compared to Sailub’s overwhelmed state, whose hands even trembled when hugging him, Pon was rather calm and composed.
He gently pushed Sailub, making him face him directly.
And then, in Sailub’s shocked eyes, he took the initiative to kiss Sailub for the first time.
“Sai, I did indeed send you a package,” he smiled at Sailub. “I sent you a boyfriend, do you want him?”
“I do.” Sailub replied without hesitation.
