I was finally flying out to New York to see Granny! I am excited and nervous at the same time. I never had any but Brittney and then De'juan and Chad , now my dad and my granny!! God is truly blessing me I thought.

Once my dad and I landed in New York, the vibe was different, it's cooler than Atlanta.
We hopped off the plane and a black SUV was waiting on us. That's how I know my dad had MONEY MONEY.

We got into the truck, they put our suitcases in the trunk, and then we were off to our destination!

I just laughed

I just laughed. "Am I wrong to be still talking to him? Does that mean I am cheating," I questioned myself.

These past days, De'juan has trying to get better and make it up to me. Yes, that hoe Tyla still saying she's carrying his baby, but other than that we are fine. I really hope that demon seed isn't his, because I don't know if I can be someone's step mom.

We pulled up to the beautiful brownstone 2-story gated home . It was beautiful. "Omg, this granny house? Granny got money," I said aloud. My dad chuckled, "I bought this, but she can do a little something," he responded.
As we pulled up, this beautiful brown skinned woman with long black hair stood waiting at the door way. She was already crying which made me cry.

As the car came to a halt, I jumped out "Granny," I screamed! "Omg, my grand baby. Thank you Lord. Thank you Lord," she cried as she hugged me tightly. My dad got out stood watching, letting us embrace each other.

"Omg, you are so beautiful Laila, like your grandma and not your ugly ass daddy," she laughed after we stopped crying. I chuckled, "you right. My dad is a little ugly huh," I joked as my dad scuffed.

"Come on, I've cooked greens, fried chicken, macaroni, smother potatoes and a strawberry cake," she states. "Mom, why you cook all this food," my dad responded as we walked in her home. "Dad, do not complain, I don't mind eating," I said chuckling. "Right grand baby. Your dad loves my cooking," she said.
