"Nicky I'm so so-" Michael said running off the stage as soon as the last song ended

"Save it I really don't want to hear it" I snapped walking off. I'd saved my tears and upset from the song they had just decided to debut till the end of the show. There was no way i was giving Luke any satisfaction of me leaving the show or getting upset by his performance.

His sarcastic pre show words and forehead kiss kept replaying in my head making me more and more angry by the second. How can someone be so nasty to someone they loved. I wanted to be civil I wanted this to be mature but now he's revealed the toxic relationship and breakup to the world.

"Nicky wait up" I hear someone shout with heavy footsteps which I can only assume are from running "Nicky please" they plead as I turn around and see Calum

"We had no say in tonight" he blurted out as I shook my head

"I'm sorry Calum I just don't believe it"

"Nicky I promise. Luke sent the song to management last night and they said if we want it on the album we are going to have to perform it first to see crowd reaction. Please I wouldn't be telling you this if it wasn't true" he pleaded as a tear rolled down my face "Michael is really sorry Nicky he would have given you a heads up if he knew. Luke only old us before we went on stage I'm assuming after he came to see you"

"Thank you Calum" I replied as he smiled and began to walk away "Calum wait" I shouted as he turned back around "where's that party tonight?"

"You're really going to this party?" Kensie asked as I spun round showing her the black dress I'd put on

"For the hundred time yes now pick the red or black dress"

"Red if you want everyone's attention and black if you want Luke's. I'm not stupid Nic I know that's the dress you were wearing when you met him I was there you know" she said as I shook my head remembering that night

"Nic you are staring at him" Kensie shouted as i smirked at the tall blonde boy who kept looking in our direction as we stood at our local bar

"I can't help it Kensie he keeps looking at me as well" I smiled as she shook her head

"I'm going to the bathroom don't do anything stupid" she replied as I nodded and looked down at my phone trying not to look back up at the guy I had given my attention to all night

"From a distance I'd take you for a cocktail girl not a rum and coke" a voice said as I looked up and saw him with my drink in his hand "At lest I now know what to order you" he said before taking a sip of the drink leaving me gobsmacked.

"I'm Luke" he announced proudly putting out his hand for me to shake

"Nicky" I replied still in shock

"You know it is polite to shake someone's hand when they offer it to you" he joked as I smiled at him and shook his hand before he squeezed it tightly "now come sit with me and my friends they're fed up of me talking about the girl in the little black dress they may as well meet her as well"

"Oh I'd love to but my friends she's in the bathroom" I replied as he shook his head

"I'll get someone to come collect her in a minute" he smiled before pulling me through the crowds to the table "boys this is Nicky" he announced as I sat down and he pulled me in tightly wrapping his arm around me placing his hand firmly on my thigh while he asked one of the other boys to collect Kensie

The rest of that night was full of talking, flirting and many kisses leading to me spending the night at his house. When I woke up that next morning I was convinced I'd never see him again and I'd just had my first one night stand but instead I never left I was now attached to his hip and Luke was mine. I'd never felt so much love in my life and he always knew what to say which always outweighed the bad times we would seem to have.

"Earth to Nicky" I heard Kensie said as I snapped out of the end of my memories

"I'll wear the black one then" I smiled as he shook his head

"Don't you do anything stupid Nicky!"

"Me stupid never? I'm simply showing him what he's missing" I replied

"Just be careful!"
