Sasuke made his way through the dimly lit streets of Mantle, the cold air brushing against his skin. His footsteps were quiet as he approached Shisui's house, which stood out brightly among the surrounding dark buildings. He could sense that the area was calm for now; his clones and Penny had things under control. Grimm activity had dwindled, with only a few small groups attempting to breach the walls, but the defenses were holding.

As he neared the house, the door creaked open, revealing two familiar faces—Hana and Taro, the youngest members of the Uchiha family, who rushed out to greet him.

"Big brother, Sasuke!" Hana cried out, her voice filled with excitement as she ran toward him, her small hands reaching up to tug at his cloak.

Taro, not far behind, had a wide grin on his face. "Big brother, you're back!" he said, his voice was full of admiration.

"Are you staying long?" Hana asked, her small hands tugging at his cloak, eyes wide with curiosity.

Sasuke knelt down, giving her a soft smile. "Just for a little while. I wanted to check on all of you."

Taro joined in, rushing to Sasuke's side. "Did you fight a lot of Grimm? Were they big ones?" he asked eagerly.

Sasuke ruffled both their hair. "Not this time. Just some small ones, nothing you need to worry about."

Sasuke was recently recognized by the public as a protector of Mantle, joining Penny, who had already held that title. Together, they took over after Atlas' defense forces were replaced.

Kirito walked over, crossing his arms with a smirk. "These two have been restless. You showing up is probably the most exciting thing that's happened today."

Sasuke glanced at him with a small nod. "I figured I'd come by before things pick up again." He gestured to the chairs nearby. "Let's sit. I don't have long."

"Look Sasuke! I know how to punch! Hyah!" Hana shouted with joy, as she punched the air in front of her.

A faint smile formed on his lips as he ruffled both their hair. "You two are getting stronger, aren't you?" he remarked, his tone light.

Hana giggled, puffing her chest with pride. "We've been training, just like you and Shinsou!"

Taro nodded enthusiastically, adding, "Yeah! We want to be strong like you!"

The group entered the house, where warmth welcomed them. The living room was bright and lively, with traces of the children's earlier activities scattered around—toy kunai and training manuals lying on the table.

Kirito gestured for Sasuke to sit down. "So, how are things at Mantle?" he asked, his tone turning more serious now that they were inside.

Sasuke took a seat, leaning back slightly. "It's quiet for now. Grimm attacks are small, nothing like what we faced before. Penny and my clones are handling it."

Hana hopped onto the couch beside him. "Is it scary out there, Sasuke?"

Sasuke shook his head, giving her a reassuring smile. "No, it really isn't."

Taro, sitting on the other side, spoke up. "When we get stronger, we'll help you fight the Grimm too!"

Kirito chuckled softly. "These two are more motivated than ever. I'm sure they'll be able to help you out soon."

Sasuke glanced at Kirito, his expression turning a bit more thoughtful. "And you? How have things been here while I was gone?"

Kirito shrugged lightly. "Shisui's been busy as usual, but everything's fine. Kanato and Makoto are still out training, and Hana and Taro have been keeping me on my toes."
