A long, long time ago, when only the abyss existed, a drop of light fell from the sun. From that drop of light, there came to exist a new deity, a Goddess. Her name was Helia. Helia was a kind and benevolent entity, who had one single wish. She wanted to create life.
Helia used all her power so she could create what we, today know as humanity. She fell into a long and deep slumber after that, and nobody knows if she'll ever wake up again. A new empire was slowly built, the Solace empire, taking its name from a synonym of the words 'light' and 'sun', to honor Helia.
As humanity evolved, many new nations were created, including some who disagreed with the idea of 'Helia, the sun God' existing, and war was not out of the question. Wars and disagreements went on for centuries until proof of Helia was born.
Two years after the Crown prince's birth, a duke's wife gave birth to a beautiful, blessed baby girl, who was the sole proof that a higher being existed. Althea. Althea was what they named her, after realizing she possessed the supernatural power of healing. It was truly a blessing, which put a stop to all wars. Althea was considered a blessing from the sun God, and was complimented everywhere she went for her divinity.
At least, that's what the novel mentioned. If Althea was so saintly, why did she die? Why was she considered so evil and why did the book make her be the villainess? Well- that doesn't matter. I will make sure Althea, whose body I possess, doesn't die.
