"Anakin do you think we'll make it?" I stuttered feeling my own tears fall onto my open scars. I squeezed my eyes shut and gasped at the sting. "I don't know .. but at least we are together" he cried out and I realised he had been shot multiple times in the leg, I looking him in eyes and saw nothing more than pain. Tear was streaming down both of our cheeks as we groaned at the bullets that were shot into our bodies. "I.. love you" Anakin almost whispered as he pulled the rest of his strength to himself, and used his force to pull me into his arms. Screams left my lips when he moved my vulnerable body but relieve rushes through me when I felt his cold body on mine. I looked up at him and he looked down at me, and even tho the moment was horrible and our deaths were near, I felt a strange feeling of peace and comfort. And I knew he felt the same when I looked into his eyes that were shining bright. Or maybe he didn't feel the same, maybe he was dying and so was I. But a small smile was formed onto his lips and he opened his mouth to say something but nothing escaped his open lips. "S- so.. thi- this is it?" I whispers fearing he wouldn't hear me but he nodded softly and I smiled weakly at him. "I.. I lo-love you.. too" it was the last few words that left my lips, before we were both shot straight through the heart.
