I groaned when I felt someone picking on my blanket, I opened my eyes to see our 5 year old daughter Leia stand next to me. "Mommy it's morning!!" She yelled when she saw me awake, and she climbed up in our bed. I looked to my side to see if Anakin had been awoken yet, by her yelling, but he seemed to be asleep still. "Leia baby, wake up daddy" I whispered and smiled at her, and she nodded and climbed on top of Anakin, and began to softly jump on him. I heard him scoffing soon after and I knew he was awake now. "Hey" he murmured and placed his arms around Leia to stop her from being crazy, and she relaxed in his touch. "Morning daddy!" She said excitedly and Ani placed a soft kiss on her forehead. He then turned to see me looking at them, and he smiled warmly at me, which I returned the smile. "Good morning beautiful" he said and pulled me closer to him, so I now was laying in his side, with his hand around my waist, and it sometimes slid down on my butt. "Morning" I replied and connected our lips. "Ew" Luke said and I looked to see him standing in the doorway to our bedroom. "Did we wake you up?" I asked him feeling sorry, but he shakes his head and walked up to us and climbed in the bed. He snuggled up close to me, and his head was lying on my chest.
He was definitely a mammas boy, and Leia was more a daddy's girl.
I gently stroke his hair and I soon after heard light snores come from him, and felt my heart melt and I kissed his head softly, before making Leia and Ani go out of our bedroom, to let Luke sleep in my arms.
