Iris: Taehyung........
Taehyung felt her breath against his chest as she whispered his name, a shiver running down his spine. He leaned in, his voice a low murmur against her ear.
Taehyung; Yes, princess? What is it?
Iris: When we'll reach? For how long I've to sit here.Taehyung chuckled softly at her whispered question, his fingers still stroking her hair gently. He glanced out the window, trying to gauge how much longer they had on the drive.
He replied in a soft, reassuring tone.Taehyung: Not much longer, princess. We're almost there. Just a few more minutes. I know it's not the most comfortable ride, but just bear with me a little longer.
Iris sighed softly, feeling a mix of relief and impatience. She didn't mind being held by Taehyung, but the constant sitting in uncomfortable positions was starting to irritate her.
She mumbled under her breath, her voice a low grumble.Iris: I hope you're right. I can't wait to get out of this car and stretch my legs.
Taehyung couldn't help but chuckle at her grumble, finding her impatience endearing. He knew she wasn't the biggest fan of sitting still for extended periods of time, especially in a cramped space like the car.
He leaned down, his lips near her ear, his voice a soothing whisper.Taehyung: Trust me, princess, we're almost there. Just hang in there a little while longer. Once we reach our destination, you can stretch and move as much as you want.
Iris: Can you tie my hair. I'm..... I'm feeling hot. Can you?
Taehyung: Sure, princess. Hold still a moment. He collected her hair together and began to tie it up in a basic ponytail, his fingers moving with surprising gentleness.
Iris closed her eyes, enjoying the feel of his fingers in her hair. His touch was surprisingly gentle and soothing, a stark contrast to his usually cocky and confident demeanor.
She found herself relaxing a bit more against his chest, the combination of the cool air from the air conditioning and the soothing motion of his hands tying her hair back offering some respite from the heat.
Iris: Thanks... that feels better.Where did you learn that from?
Taehyung chuckled softly at her question, a hint of amusement in his eyes. He finished tying her hair back, his hands moving to rest on her shoulder. He replied with a hint of playfulness in his voice.
Taehyung: Oh, I have many hidden talents, princess. Tying hair is just one of them.
Iris couldn't help but roll her eyes at his playful response. She knew he was just being cocky, but there was a part of her that did want to know more about his hidden talents. She turned slightly in his arms, her eyes meeting his with a hint of mockery.
Iris: Oh, really? What other hidden talents do you have, Mr. Know-It-All?
Taehyung's lips curled into a smirk, his eyes dancing with amusement at her mock challenge. He leaned forward, his voice dropping to a soft murmur against her ear.
Taehyung: Oh, you'd be surprised, princess. I have some skills you haven't even thought of yet. And who knows, maybe someday you'll find out just how talented I can be.
Iris felt a shiver run down her spine at his soft murmur into her ear, his voice sending a jolt of unexpected sensations through her. She tried to play it off with a scoff and a roll of her eyes. She shot back a quick-witted retort, her voice a mix of mockery and curiosity.
Iris: You're such a cocky bastard. Do you always have to be so confident about everything?
Taehyung chuckled at her response, clearly unbothered by her mockery. In fact, it only seemed to amuse him more. He pulled her closer, his arms wrapping around her like a protective shield. His voice was a soft murmur, his words filled with self-assured confidence.
