Melissa's POV:

It had been appoximatly one week since I let Japan's Number one CEO and genius just dissapear to who knows where. Marinette is mad at me, like I could stop Izuku from wanting to help someone sort of infront of him, oh and trying to recreate the phenomina is proving useless since as it turns out most of the calculations for his experimenrt Izuku left on his locked computer!

Currently I was sitting at his desk for comfort, well I tried to work my way through the needed calculations and going through the file he gave me that day. "Ugh!!," I groaned. "Izuku, why did you have to design an experiment with so many variables."

"Yeah, Course something like this would require a lot of variables anyway." Skara said.

"Yeah I know you all want to get him back, but we do need to work on other things as well." Marinette said as she wandered into the office. "For example Melissa you were supposed to find a durable material for me to work with for that new suit for Ryukyu?"

"Right right I think I have one somewhere," I said looking around my notes.

"Oh I got that here!" Tori said walking in with some tea for everyone. "Remember you asked me to get some of the fabric from the lab to pass off to Marinette?"

"Oh yeah," I said. "That should be the fabric you need if you need anymore specifications feel free to ask."

"I will." Marinette said grabbing the roll and walking out of the room.

"Well she still seems upset about everything." Tori said pouring the tea into cups for everyone.

"Well what do you expect one of her closest friends is missing or worse." Skara said.

"He is definatly alive!" I said slamming my hands onto the desk. "I'm sure he'll be back as soon as he is done doing what he went there to do. Not that we know where exactly he went."

"Not anywhere on this world, I should think." Skara commented. "If he where here he'd be able to contact us at least."

"Maybe we are looking at this the wrong way." I suddenly said.

"What do you mean?" Skara asked and Tori looked at me.

"Well from what he told me before he was pulled into that thing." I stood up and walked towards them. "He felt a strong emotion coming from it that's why he went into it. Well if we assume that the multiverse is real," I pondered aloud, "Perhaps the best way to bring him back is to figure out where he went."

"Hm, so we would need to find a way to peer into alternate realities?" Tori asked.

"You know what that sounds awfully familier," Skara said standing up and bringing her tablet and motioning for Tori to follow her. She ended up leaning against the desk like me as a screen lowered infront of us. Skara typed on her tablet accessing some old files, "These files were some of the earliest Izuku logged on our systems."

On the screen was what looked like bluprints for a machine with a screen that might be the key to finding Izuku. "So this blueprint for Yggdrasil is a machine that can pierce the veil to see other worlds." I said, "When did Izuku come up with this?"

"Shortly before he met you and Marinette." Tori said.

"Izuku was very concerned with trying to bring his parents back," Skara said. "At some point he settled on other universes being the key. Then he met you two and he filed this away for maybe a future project."
