"I tend to laugh whenever I'm sad

Stare at the crash, it actually works"

PERHAPS SHE SHOULD HAVE EXPECTED this. Just at the start of the year, she had thought that this would be the worst school year that could ever be known in wizardkind — well, to be fair, it still is, there's no doubt about that statement thanks to Umbridge overseeing the school now, but things have changed technically. Marjorie, for once, saw that there was hope.

Behind the backs of Dolores Umbridge, the Ministry, the teachers, and ever the many students of Hogwarts, they had formed some sort of rebellion against what the Ministry thought to be a decorum; it started off as just some innocent way of learning practical in which they were stripped off the rights from at the start of the year. But now, it had become something more than just that. And it was all possible thanks to Hermione, Ron, and the leader himself; Harry Potter, the very person whom the Ministry want nothing more than for him to hide and stay silent.

But Harry wasn't going to stay silent. No, he became louder.

The creation of the D.A. brought faith that the school year would eventually become more tolerable, and even when sitting in Umbridge's classes with her bulging eyes eyeing each and every one of them, it was impossible to forever stay in a foul mood when the memories of their lessons would seep into their skins; in just two weeks Neville had disarmed the Hermione Granger; Colin Creevey had mastered the Impediment Jinx after three meetings' hard effort; Parvati Patil had produced such a good Reductor Curse that she had reduced the table carrying all the Sneakoscopes to dust. As for Marjorie, well...

"And you're sure you want to go against Marjorie?" Harry eyed the little by before him in a skeptical; Dennis Creevey, Colin's younger brother, had offered himself as tribute when Harry had asked around the room if anyone was up to be Marjorie's partner, seeing as she had been practicing solo the entirety of the lesson.

"Positive!" said the boy, confident as he was adamant to prove to Harry something... there was definitely something anyway.

Harry wasn't sure whether that was such a great idea just yet. No matter if Marjorie was weak in Defence, or that Dennis was great at it, it still didn't change the fact that Dennis was still younger than Marjorie, who had a great advantage on Dennis in size wise. However, Marjorie seemed to be complacent about this arrangement.

"That's all right," she said kindly, twirling her wand between her fingers as she sauntered away from the dummy she had been abusing her spells on towards Dennis and Harry at the centre of the room as hexes and jinxes flew overhead by the rest of the practicing duos. She tilted her head, "He's confident. It's an admirable attribute, I respect that."
