LXXX. ON THE RUN

"Give me one millennium more there

Maybe I will belong more there"

WITH A START, SHE OPENED her eyes to the sight of gold and green.

Where in the hell was she?

Frankly, what even happened after they had left the Ministry? She hadn't gotten an idea at all. One moment, they were Dissaparating, supposedly reaching Grimmauld Place after a disastrous mission, and the next thing she knew, she somehow was laying on a bunch of leaves and twigs. And quite honestly, she was starting to be a bit concern of her own well-being.

But Marjorie digressed as she struggled to draw a breath into lungs that felt as if it was flattened. She blinked and realized that the gaudy glare was sunlight streaming through a canopy of leaves far above her. She was about to sit upright but wasn't able to when she finally realised that a body was laying on top of her.

"H-Hermione?" she croaked.

Hermione merely gave her an incoherent murmur, but it was enough to tell her that she was very much alive.

Marjorie laid back down, heaving out a breath. They came out of that alive, who would've thought?

Not her.

She fluttered her eyes shut, wanting to relish the calmness of this moment. That was until she realised something was definitely wrong. While Hermione was on top of her, where was Harry and Ron?

"Hermione, wake up," Hermione merely grunted. "Hermione, I'm serious. Wake up!"

"What's wrong?" Hermione moaned.

"Harry and Ron," she started in panic, "Where are they?"

At that, Hermione immediately snapped her eyes open and rolled to the side, giving Marjorie a chance to sit up straight. The latter of the two scanned around their surrounding. She first thought that they were somewhere in the Forbidden Forest, however she quickly knew that was not the case. They wouldnt live to see the living daylights if they were actually in the forest in the backyard of Hogwarts.

"Ron!" Hermione frantically looked around, "Harry!"

"Harry? Ron?" Marjorie called for them.

There was a moment of silence before she heard grunts not far from both her and Hermione. The two girls whirled around and underneath a blanket of leaves were two figures — both were moving, thankfully, however something was indefinitely wrong. One of them was fidgeting.
