I brushed aside my wet bangs gently, trying to get a better view of the victorious neighbour in front me.
Heeseung was jumping up and down, cheering while shaking his gun, and I laughed at his goofiness. It had already been a week since our first game, and honestly, it couldn't have gotten better.

Meaning I mostly won, and Heeseung lost.

But today was a switch, but I was kind of grateful that he won, and I got to see this adorable scene in front of me.
Heeseung extended his hand, and I took it, bringing myself to my feet as I touched my wet clothes. "Welp, looks like I have to change again. What gun did you use this time-bruh."

I left my hand hanging, gesturing at the huge ass water gun lying on the floor while giving Heeseung a deadpanned look. His eyes shifted sheepishly and his rubbed the back of his neck.

"I bought it-IT WAS PART OF THE NEW COLLECTION!" He protested as I let out a loud, disappointed scoff, rolling my eyes.
When he wasn't looking, I smiled at his cute habit.

He'd always have his eyes wide open whenever he was offended or shocked, and he would bite a little bit of his lips.
Now he was giving me exactly that, and I couldn't help but break my facade and giggled.

Something in Heeseung's eyes softened, and he brought back his smirk. "I still won, though, haha. That was a good one honestly."

I looked down at his wet hoodie and my soldier shirt. "Totally. We should start playing with me more people."

A small gasp caused me to jerk my head up, and I met eyes with Heeseung's excited ones. His mount gaped open in realisation, and he took my shoulders, shaking them.

"We should! We totally should! Damn, okay, we need to set a time...call all our friends!" He suggested, and I let out a chuckle at Heeseung's overjoyed behaviour.

"Sure. You want to meet at the basketball court? The park it's in has a lot of good hiding places," I stated, and the sparkle in Heeseung's eyes shone brighter, which I took as a good sign.

"Yes! Okay, I'll go text my friends. Meanwhile," he gazed me up and down, "you better get changed. It's getting a bit too revealing, darling."

My cheeks flared with heat as he skipped cheekily into his apartment, giving one last grin and shutting the door in my face.

Oh you're so going to get it, Lee.

I sighed, calming down from the earlier mess. I mean, he was right, my clothes weren't excatly opaque, and with the amount of water that was shot at me...you could see some parts.

My face heated up again, realising Heeseung could have literally been checking me out in that way.

No, no. He's just a friend. We're bros now, it's all normal.

Yeah, I hope it was.
