Jake's POV
"Um...don't you think we've gotten enough stuff?"
I glanced down warily at the large amount of bags I had in my hands, them pulling me down as I walked.
Sunoo skipped ahead of me, his dark bangs swishing as he turned to face me sassily. "Boy, when I said we were going to spend, we are going to spend!" He flipped his fringe out of his eyes, eyes wide as he scanned the huge mall.
"B-but, don't you think I've spent way too much of your boyfriend's money?" I asked, blinking at the same large amount of bags that clung onto to Sunoo's wrists.
"Psh. Nonsense. Niki told me I could spoil you and myself, so here we are!" He grinned widely when I rolled my eyes.
"Bitch, I know your boyfrie has a black card and everything, but can't you be more like Jungwon? He's spend nothing and still Jay allows him to use his," I pointed out, while Sunoo tsked.
"Asshole, did you know that I'm not Jungwon? Now quit yapping and let's go to that cafe over there!" He ignored my gasp of offense and pulled my arm while brisk walking to a nearby cafe.
Once we settled down, Sunoo kept on grinning and giggling softly at me while I packed the stuff properly in the paper bags. I glanced up, eyebrow raised and he stopped when I caught him.
"What?" I questioned, and he shook his head.
"Nothing! Just enjoy your drink!" He pushed my cappuccino towards me and I sipped it while eyeing him with my full attention.
Just then, our phones pinged at the same time.

"Sunoo, you're sure we're at the right place?" I peeked up from the car window as Sunoo turned off the engine, unbuckling his seatbelt.
It was a tall building, very new too. Apparently, the rooms here were really nice, and I've kinda been looking at it so I can finally move out of my old apartment.
"Yes! Why don't you trust me? Come on, we can't be late!" he unbuckled my seatbelt for me and got out from his side while I quickly opened my side of the car. As I stepped out, I suddenly felt a weird vibe coming from the place.
Not weird really, more like, belong.
I stared up at it a few times, standing in place while Sunoo waited ahead for me. Once I was done, he gave a soft smile and held out his hand.
"Ready?"
I took it and strolled towards the lift, where it took us to the 15TH floor. We then headed out into the corridor, turning once before heading to the furthest end of the hallway.
We ended up in front of a wooden door, a beautiful pattern carved into it. The sides had a bronze boarder, and the beauty of the door got me awestruck just by looking at it.
But then I realised something. "Wait, why are we here though? I don't even live here..."
Sunoo then pulled out a set of keys that were decorated with a dog charm. It jingled as he passed it to me, while a small smile was stuck on his lips.
"Would you like to do the honours?"
I gasped, taking the keys and jingling it between my fingers. My hands shook when I realised what was happening.
"Y-you did this?" I mumbled.
"Nope. Open the door and find out," he grinned, pushing my shoulder so I could face the door.
I blinked. It wasn't Sunoo? Then who could it be?
I skipped the key in through the whole, gave it one twist clockwise with a deep breath, and pushed the door open.
The moment I did, the lights turned on, confetti spilled everywhere, and my friends held up a huge banner in front of me that read: 'Happy Jayla Day!!'
"SURPRISE!!!"
My jaw dropped upon seeing the set up of my new house. There was lights hanging, balloons floating and a delicious smell of food floated in the air, wafting into my nose.
"You guys!" I exclaimed, the biggest grin appearing on my face, "you didn't need to do this!"
"Uh-uh, yes we did. Everyone deserves a surprise party at least once in their lifetime," Jay said firmly, hugging Jungwon's shoulder as the shorter nodded.
"Aaaand! Someone else has an extra gift for you!" Sunoo chimed in, jumping over to Niki who caught him by the waist, the two of them giggling as I raised an eyebrow.
And then out came my beautiful, handsome and charming boyfriend, his hair styled nicely while he wore the most handsomest outfit. He smiled down at me gently, cradling my hands before giving them a soft kiss.
"Happy Birthday, baby."
I blushed and bit my lip. "Thank you..so what's this extra gift you got for me?"
Heeseung pursed his lips, looking around once before back at me, eyes filled with love and affection.
Then he went down on one knee, pulled out a box, and my hands immediately went to my mouth.
"Jaeyun, you have been such a good boyfriend ever since we got together, treated me well and have been patient with me when I was at my lowest. I know I haven't done much, but I really I hope I can do this...will you allow me to be by your side, forever always?"
My lower lips trembled as tears pooled in my eyes. The sincerest gaze of Heeseung's melted me as I breathed faster, biting my lip down so I wouldn't cry.
I glanced at my friends who were crying too, their nodding encouraging me as they mouthed, "say it!"
The room filled with silence while everyone anticipated my answer.
"....Yes!"
Cheers and whoops could be heard as Heeseung picked me up to spin me in a hug. We cuddled closely as he slipped on the beautiful ring onto my finger.
"I hope we can do this well," he mumbled, hugging me close.
I pulled away and cradled his face. "No, we will do this well. Whatever it takes."
And I pulled him in for a kiss, our lips meeting in gratitude and joy while our friends cheered us from behind. We pulled away a few second later, and everyone gave us a hug while congratulating us.
For the rest of the party, Heeseung held me close, but not just as my boyfriend.
But as my fiancé.
