"So you fucked up?"
I groaned and banged my forehead against the table. "Yes-no. I don't know!" I grumbled, my voice muffled from my arms.
"Sounds like it," Jungwon joked, and I snapped my neck up to glare at him. He chuckled.
"Seriously, we had this call with Heeseung hyung like-two weeks ago!" Niki complained, rocking back on forth as he leaned against Sunoo's shoulder.
I rolled my eyes. "You don't need to be here, dumbass."
"And I don't want to! But Sunoo hyung here is-" he withered underneath Sunoo's sharp side glare, and froze mid sentence. The two stared down at each other, like a silent battle to see who would back down.
Sunoo raised a slow eyebrow. Niki sighed.
"But I came here on my own record..." he mumbled, turning away from the camera and pouting with his knees to his chest.
I chuckled. "Sunoo, don't keep him trapped like that."
My friend ruffled Niki's hair without looking, laughed and replied, "He's been gaming too much. Can't self-control, you know?"
At that, Niki huffed out loudly.
"Have you planned anything?" Jungwon chimed in, changing the subject while Sunoo tried consoling his boyfriend. I bit my lip down, chewing on the skin.
"Well...Mark and I thought of like, surprising him with something. I just don't know what," I sighed, while Jungwon nodded slowly.
My head turned to Sunoo's screen as he spoke, "When did you first hang out with him? Maybe that'll help." He then continued to play with Niki's dark bangs while the younger fell asleep in his lap.
First hangout...the beach! Wait, that's it.
"Oh god, wait, thank you so much Sunoo! Okay, now I know what I've got to do," I grinned when my friend winked, "Thanks guys."
"No worries-shhh, go back to sleep," Sunoo cooed as a stirring Niki shifted in his lap.
"Aish, you guys are too cute. Well, bye! Jay hyung is calling me now-good luck hyung!" Jungwon waved through the screen as Sunoo left the call. I did too, waving back, and then it became pretty quiet.
I leaned on my arm, gazing out the window of my living room. Somewhere out there, Heeseung was probably thinking he's got no chance.
I pushed back my chair, headed to my room and took something out of my drawer. Pulling back the wooden furniture, sparkly glints shone brightly under the moonlit night.
