The lost airflow lasted for 7 seconds when Clover was getting strangled. To the victim, it felt like a lot longer, but 10 seconds is enough to kill someone. That amount of time to cut off oxygen to the brain can cause some serious psychological damage. Clover wouldn't be classified as a patient with serious brain damage - after all, he could respond to others well, his motor functions were swell and he wasn't seeing black dots in his sight. However, he would suffer nightmares, PTSD and flashbacks which all could trigger seizures.

Clover's seizures were common, and there was a particular medication prescribed to help the victims. As long as his medication had Topiramate in them then his seizures could be suppressed. However, this was mostly a testing phase for Clover. It was what the doctors desired him to take to see how practical it was, his medication could change for more sufficient ones in the future. He had to take a small dose every day, then monitor how often he has seizures and then gradually the doze would increase until the seizures stop.

If they don't stop, the medication will change. It was a long road to recovery but after a total of 2 weeks in the hospital, Clover was ready to return to life.

In the span of those 2 weeks, Clover's mother had been incarcerated for life. The court was in shock with the case and promptly processed it immediately. Clover couldn't attend the hearing or the actual court dates due to hospitalization but Yuki made sure to tell him every detail. Finley had been working hard and, a lot of his paperwork about the victim and the crime scene was being utilised. Clover's phone and evidence were also used in court against his mother. Clover had heard that his mother hadn't voiced a word since getting arrested, every word in her defence was by her lawyer.

The man who had kidnapped Clover months ago was never located.

During the two weeks, Theo was also discovered. He was found attempting to flee the country by boat, with the assistance of his mother, Marie. Authorities arrested him and charged him with attempted murder and serious bodily harm. As a result, he was sentenced to 35 years in prison without the possibility of parole.

Nothing mattered anymore, Clover was going home today. His rightful home. The white one that has his name on it as ownership. The white one where his lovers lived alongside him.

"Finally, home sweet home," Finley said as he drove everyone from the hospital.

"I missed you!" Clover shouted out of the open window to the large structure.

The others were in high spirits, each chuckling at their youngest lover or smiling gratefully. When Clover had his first seizure, it lasted almost 10 minutes. Each of them were terrified, not having any idea of what it meant, what it could mean for their future. Perhaps it would cause complications for Clover's future. However, in the future, with the right medication and care, the seizures could be managed effectively. They were grateful Clover wasn't dead; he had been close to it, and the lovers would have spent the rest of their lives mourning him. Elio felt so much fear he could barely breathe, and in revelation, he realized how much he wanted to love on him.

Clover got out of the car first, his legs were still on the weak side but he ran up to the front door and hugged it. It was serious for him, this house and everything inside of it. He turned to look at his lovers, Yuki was getting some belongings from the boot of the car but the others were strolling casually to the front door.

"Come on! You're acting as if you haven't been away from home for weeks!" Clover laughed, his lover smiling at him.

"Well, for us, it was lonely without you," Finley shrugged, searching for his house keys.

"You guys do know you're in a relationship with each other too?" Clover questioned, finding it hard that the others were missing him so much.

"Of course," Elio laughed, "But once were 4, we're 4 forever, we don't like to miss anyone out,"
