"Well they do say opposite attracts ." Ace spoke smiling "August is mean as hell , but you're gentle."

"Hell yea I was at the club yesterday helping Chris clean up , and that nigga walked in and cursed out one of the female hookah workers bad bad ." Nia spoke in agreement "Hell I won't ever forgive him for saying my head looked like a tennis ball." She spoke rolling her eyes

"Y'all are being dramatic and if it's any consolation he was very rude to me when we first met ." I spoke eating my fries "Rude as hell."

"No boo your just being delusional , Ryan aside from you being a good person your about to go to his home town .. where he got shot the hell up at .. in support that he and his mom fix their relationship." Nia spoke with her eyebrows raised

"He barely knows your pass you barely know his y'all been going off vibes and the little details yall might've shared." Ace spoke up "I feel like yall took a liken to one another and you both are just being flaw as fuck .. instead of admitting it because of the baggage that comes with one another. plus that nigga is rude to everyone but you."

"Are you still upset he put you out the club." I spoke laughing

"He was hating that's what it was ." Ace spoke mugging me and Nia for laughing

Ace got kicked out last Saturday for turning the club into a karaoke night without consent , he was going on his fifth row of I should've cheated before August put him out .

"I just I know the depths of you and what you been through , I think August and you would do great together .. we won't push it but don't allow your actual feelings to get played out for your fake ones ." Nia spoke smiling

We were all at the mall I had to come grab some more things before me and August left tonight , and they were hounding me about our relationship status which there wasn't one .. me and him were strictly friends they were all being dramatic Chris included .

Getting into the car we all headed back toward the house so they could hound me some more while I packed my clothes up .

"Your bringing your gun right ?" Nia spoke laying across the bed

"Yes ma'am." I nodded while grabbing it from Ace

"And don't hesitate to bust that motherfucker , you won't be wrong queen." Ace spoke smiling

"Little do you know she done upped that tool a couple of times." Nia spoke smiling

She wasn't lying I was nice I was gracious through it all but I also had boundaries now , going through what I did showed me the world in a different light .. be nice within reason but don't allow nobody to feel as if they have a one up on you , I lacked that prior and got trampled up I won't allow that again .. you learn a thing or two when your ex man holds you hostage for three months .

Smirking at Ace I tucked the gun away in my purse and sat the duffle bag on the floor .

"I feel like a parent sending their daughter away for college ." Ace spoke sadly "Don't get down there and get hot in the ass ."

"Oh boy please." I spoke laughing "Y'all not gone know what to do without me , Ace don't fuck nobody's tattoos up." I scolded him

While I would be gone he was gonna hold down my section of the shop he was great at doing tattoos I just liked messing with him .

"Bitch let's be for real I eat down with doing ink." He spoke smiling

Hearing a knock on the door Nia got up and went to answer it .. coming back around the corner with Chris trailing behind her he laid across the bottom of the bed before looking at me and smiling ..
