"Okay handsome arms up."

Lifting his arms in the air I slid his shirt on taking the rag off his damp hair in the process .. today I decided to stay home and do something with Ayden being I didn't have no appointments , and honestly a break was well needed .. standing up and overlooking his outfit I nodded satisfied with it , walking toward my closet I opened it and grabbed my shoes placing them on my feet .

"You ready superstar?" I smiled at him

August got him into a habit of wearing sunglasses but he was to dang adorable to kill his vibe , walking out into the living room I shut the door behind him and turned to face Ace and Nia .

"Where y'all going ? Hey uncle man looking like me." Ace spoke smiling at Ayden

"Delusion don't give a fuck who uses it , look at him looking all handsome." Nia spoke smiling

"To the aquarium then gonna grab some food." I spoke shrugging "Just to get out the house ."

"Well shit let me come ." Ace spoke standing up "Chris is here he's in the room , so she won't be alone." He explained

I knew it was getting annoying for her but she only had one day left , then she'd be free from the shackles of this house but still in the shackles of Chris .. when they talked she explained her condition and ever since then he treated her like he does Ayden , she wasn't able to eat or drink anything until he "poisoned tested" it which was him just being big .. she couldn't do to much walking , feet rubs every night the whole nine hell I pushed her the other day gently and he liked to had rocked my shit .. don't let a feather touch her or he will lose his shit .

"I'll be glad when this is done and over with." Nia spoke rolling her eyes "He don't let me do shit." She spoke in a whisper

"What you over there whispering for ?" He spoke coming around the corner

Rolling her eyes and crossing her arms me and Ace laughed as this been nothing new , rubbing his eye and fixing the bonnet on his head he lifted her cover and laid on the opposite end of the couch ...

"Finna order us a pizza , go ahead and press play."He spoke itching his throat

"Damn the daddy is the baby." I spoke causing us to all laugh "But will see y'all come on Ace." I spoke walking toward the door

"Safety ." Chris yelled out

"All that." Ace yelled back

Leaving out the house and getting into the car I watched ace buckle Ayden before getting in and doing the same for himself .

"Where's your shadow ?" He asked turning the radio down "Let's act like we're on love and hip hop."

Looking over at him with my face scrunched up I held in my laugh and rolled my eyes .

"Boy fuck off." I spoke looking back at the road "And he's actually on the verge of opening that new spot he been talking bout  , not a club but a restaurant surprisingly."

That's why August was extra busy he was expanding his horizon , he planned to open a Nola style cuisine restaurant which was a smart money move on his end .. especially since he's still flipping his dirty funds I just hated the process it took up majority of his time .

"Actually he should be there today meeting with the chef he flew down from Nola , going over dishes test tasting." I spoke looking at my watch

"Damn let's just swing by there for lunch , can't wait to go eat for free and get kicked out after." He spoke rubbing his hands together
