The early morning sun cast a golden glow over the city as Izuku and Kyoka made their way to U.A. High School. Today was the day—the day of the U.A. Entrance Exam. For months, they had trained, prepared, and waited for this moment. Izuku's heart raced with a mix of excitement and nerves, but there was also a calm confidence in him that hadn't been there before. He was ready.
But what made this morning even more special was the fact that Kyoka was right there with him. She had been with him through thick and thin, supporting him, teasing him, and pushing him to be the best he could be. And now, they were heading to U.A. together.
As they stood on a rooftop, looking out toward the distant campus, Kyoka raised an eyebrow, glancing at Izuku.
Kyoka, {smirking}: "You sure you're not gonna drop me, hero boy?"
Izuku blushed, rubbing the back of his neck nervously.
Izuku, {laughing nervously}: "I-I won't drop you, Kyoka! I've got this!"
She gave him a playful shove, rolling her eyes with a smile.
Kyoka, {teasing}: "Alright, alright. Let's see if that control of yours is as good as you say it is."
Izuku took a deep breath, activating One For All at a controlled 15%. Green lightning crackled around his legs as he focused on the task at hand. He bent down slightly, getting ready to leap, and with one quick movement, he scooped Kyoka up in his arms. Kyoka wasn't exactly used to being carried like this, but she trusted him—and there was something thrilling about the way he moved with such power and precision.
Kyoka, {grinning}: "Alright, hero boy, let's fly."
Without another word, Izuku launched into the air, his legs propelling them forward in a powerful leap. The world around them blurred as they soared high above the city, the wind rushing past them. Kyoka held onto him, her hair whipping around in the wind, but she wasn't scared—just exhilarated.
As they flew through the air, leaping from building to building in a series of powerful, graceful jumps, Kyoka couldn't help but admire how far Izuku had come.
Izuku, {focusing on the next leap}: "We're almost there!"
Kyoka looked ahead, spotting the distant silhouette of U.A. High School growing closer with each jump. The iconic gates stood tall, welcoming them to the place where their future as heroes would begin.
Kyoka, {playfully but excited}: "Guess this is it, huh? No pressure or anything."
Izuku chuckled, though his nerves were starting to catch up with him too.
Izuku, {grinning nervously}: "Yeah, no pressure..."
With one final leap, they landed softly just outside the gates of U.A. Izuku set Kyoka down gently, the green lightning around his legs fading as he deactivated *One For All*. They stood there for a moment, taking in the sight of the massive school looming ahead of them. The air felt different here—charged with the energy of potential and the weight of the challenge ahead.
Kyoka stretched her arms, her grin returning as she nudged him playfully.
Kyoka, {teasing}: "See? Told you I wasn't gonna fall. Nice job, hero boy."
Izuku, {smiling softly}: "Thanks, Kyoka. I couldn't have done any of this without you."
She shrugged casually, though there was warmth in her eyes.
Kyoka, {softly}: "Yeah, well, you're the one doing all the hard work. I'm just here for the ride."

The writing portion of the U.A. Entrance Exam had been a breeze for Izuku. He'd studied hard, prepared for months, and every question felt like second nature to him. As he walked out of the exam room and into the main auditorium for the physical portion, Izuku couldn't help but think that Principal Nezu should have made the written part a bit harder.
Now came the real challenge: the physical portion of the exam. The room was buzzing with excitement and nervous energy. Dozens of participants stood around, some stretching, others whispering to one another. Izuku found a spot near the front with Kyoka beside him, trying to calm his nerves by giving him an encouraging nudge.
Present Mic suddenly strode up to the podium, his energy instantly commanding the room.
Present Mic, {booming voice}: "WELCOME TO THE PHYSICAL PORTION OF THE U.A. ENTRANCE EXAM! LET'S GET LOUD, PEOPLE!"
The room fell silent as everyone turned their attention to the pro hero.
Present Mic, {excited}: "Now, here's how it's gonna go! You'll be taking on mock villains during this part of the exam! We've got three types of robots: 1-Pointers, 2-Pointers, and 3-Pointers. The more points you rack up, the better your chances of passing! So remember, heroes-in-training—stay sharp!"
As he spoke, the monitors behind him displayed images of the different robots, showing the various point values. Some of the participants around Izuku were already strategizing, whispering about how to handle the different types of robots. Izuku was focused, taking in every word and making mental notes on how to tackle each robot.
But before Present Mic could continue, a tall participant with blue hair and glasses suddenly stood up from his seat, his voice booming as he cut across the room.
Blue-haired boy, {loudly and firmly}: "Excuse me, sir! You have yet to explain the purpose of the last robot! The 0-Pointer! This is a crucial part of the exam, and it's completely irresponsible to leave it out of your explanation!"
The room went dead silent, and all eyes turned toward the boy who was now standing straight and proud, glaring at Present Mic. His voice was filled with indignation as he pointed toward the monitors.
Blue-haired boy, {angrily}: "And another thing—there are participants here who are clearly not paying attention! If they can't focus, they shouldn't be here at all!"
Without warning, he turned and fixed his gaze on Izuku, his eyes narrowing.
Blue-haired boy, {pointing at Izuku}: "You! You've been muttering to yourself this entire time! Are you even taking this seriously? If you can't focus, then you should leave! U.A. is no place for someone who doesn't have the discipline to listen!"
Izuku froze, his eyes wide as he tried to comprehend what was happening. He hadn't even realized he'd been muttering to himself, a habit he often fell into when he was deep in thought. His mouth opened slightly, but before he could muster a response, Kyoka stepped forward.
Kyoka, {fuming and glaring at the blue-haired boy}: "Hey, four-eyes! You don't get to talk to him like that!"
The boy flinched slightly at her sharp tone, but Kyoka wasn't done. She crossed her arms, her eyes flashing with anger as she stepped in front of Izuku, shielding him from the blue-haired boy's scolding.
Kyoka, {sarcastically}: "Last time I checked, people muttering to themselves didn't mean they weren't paying attention. Maybe you should focus on your own exam and stop acting like the teacher's pet!"
The boy adjusted his glasses, clearly flustered by Kyoka's boldness, but he remained silent, glaring back at her. Izuku, still recovering from the sudden confrontation, couldn't help but blush and smile. She always knew how to have his back when he didn't know what to say.
Present Mic, {calling everyone's attention back}: "ALRIGHT, ALRIGHT, EVERYBODY CHILL!"
Present Mic's booming voice cut through the tension in the room, drawing all attention back to him. He shot the blue-haired boy a look, but quickly moved on with the explanation.
Present Mic, {grinning widely}: "As for the 0-Pointer? Yeah, it's a big robot, and yeah, it looks intimidating, BUT it's worth exactly ZERO points. That's right, zero! So, my advice? Avoid it unless you want to waste time or, you know, get smashed into the ground. It's more of an obstacle than anything else. So don't sweat it too much!"
He gave a thumbs-up and winked, trying to bring back the excitement in the room after the brief outburst. The participants seemed to relax a bit, though the blue-haired boy remained rigid, his face tense as he sat back down without saying another word.
Kyoka, still glaring at him for a moment, turned back to Izuku, her expression softening as she gave him a reassuring smile.
Kyoka, {softly}: "Ignore that guy, Izuku. You've got this."
Izuku, finally regaining his composure, smiled gratefully at her, feeling a surge of confidence. With Kyoka by his side and the challenge of the physical portion ahead, he felt ready for whatever came next.
Izuku, {nodding}: "Thanks, Kyoka. Let's do this."
With that, the stage was set. The physical portion of the U.A. Entrance Exam was about to begin, and Izuku knew it was time to show everyone what he was capable of.
