CHAPTER 37

"BELOVE BY THE TWINS"

Ruka noticed that Shin had fallen asleep, his breathing slow and steady as he lay between the two of them. With a sigh, Ruka leaned closer and whispered, “Don’t sleep, Shin. Not yet.”

Luca, who was lying on the other side of Shin, chuckled softly. “Let him sleep, Ruka. We can just use those later,” Luca suggested mischievously.

He carefully adjusted Shin’s position, placing his head gently on the pillow and making sure he was comfortable. Once satisfied, Luca stood up slowly to avoid waking him and then moved closer to Ruka.

Without another word, Luca grabbed Ruka’s face and kissed him. It was slow at first but full of intent.

Ruka pulled back slightly, glancing at Shin’s sleeping form. “Are you crazy? Shin’s right here and he’s asleep!” Ruka hissed, his voice a mix of surprise and concern.

Luca grinned playfully, unconcerned. “So what? He’s sleeping, isn’t he? He won’t notice a thing,” Luca replied confidently, leaning in for another kiss.

Ruka sighed knowing how persistent Luca could be. “Let’s just put him in his room first,” he said, glancing at Shin again. It didn’t feel right to stay here and continue while Shin was still with them even if he was asleep.

Luca nodded, agreeing that it was the best idea. “Yeah, you’re right,” he said, standing up. Together, they slowly and carefully lifted Shin making sure not to wake him. They carried him to his room gently placing him on the bed and covering him with a blanket.

“He’s really cute when he’s asleep,” Ruka said, watching as Shin shifted slightly under the covers.

Luca nodded, admiring Shin as well. “Yeah, I can’t believe he’s already our boyfriend. It feels like a dream,” Luca said softly. Then, he turned to Ruka with his playful side returning. He grabbed Ruka’s face again and kissed him deeply, this time slipping his tongue inside Ruka’s mouth. Ruka responded, their kiss growing more intense as he placed his hands on Luca’s head pulling him closer.

Suddenly, Ruka realized where they were and pulled away. “We’re still in Shin’s room!” he said, pushing Luca away gently.

Luca wrapped his arms around Ruka’s waist pulling him back in. “So what?” Luca teased. “It’s not like he’s going to wake up.”

Ruka sighed, trying to suppress a smile. “Why are you so… horny today?” he asked, raising an eyebrow at Luca.

Luca shrugged, giving a small grin. “Aren’t you the same? If Shin hadn’t fallen asleep we’d be…” Luca trailed off with a playful sigh  hinting at what could have happened.

Ruka rolled his eyes but couldn’t help but smile. Then, his expression turned more serious as he asked, “Hey, don’t you think we should tell Shin about us? About our relationship?”

Luca paused for a moment, his smile fading. “We’re going to tell him… but not right now,” Luca said quietly, his tone shifting.

Ruka frowned, confused. “Why not? Shin’s different from everyone else. He’s already accepted us so maybe he’d be okay with the idea of us being in a relationship too,” Ruka argued.

Luca sighed, clearly frustrated. “Ruka, I said we’ll tell him, but not now. Now’s not the right time, okay? You understand that, right?”

Ruka hesitated, thinking about it. After a moment, he nodded. “Yeah… okay. I get it,” he said, though he still felt uncertain about waiting.
