Wednesdays POV

I couldn’t help but feel a strange mix of awe and joy. I had just married the woman I love, Mrs. Enid Addams. The journey that brought us here seemed surreal, from the moment I had completed her portrait to watching her step out of the canvas, a beautiful werewolf princess from centuries past is now my wife. I felt a shiver run down my spine as I recalled the magic that had intertwined our lives.

"Ready to dance with me, my love?" Enid’s voice cut through my thoughts, vibrant and inviting.

Her outstretched hand pulled me back to the present, and I met her gaze. There was a warmth in her smile, a lightness that contrasted sharply with my usually dark disposition. Still, she drew me in, her essence weaving through the fabric of my being.

"Of course, mi lobita," I replied, allowing a rare smile to touch my lips as I accepted her hand.

She led me to the dance floor, where the music shifted to a slow, melodic rhythm that filled the air with a sense of intimacy. As we swayed together, I felt her warmth against me, her heartbeat steady and reassuring. For a moment, the rest of the world faded, the guests, the floral decorations, the celebrations. It was just us.

I glanced up at her, taking in the way the colorful flowers framed her face. She looked exquisite, radiating a happiness I never thought possible for someone like me. My heart ached, a complex mix of love and something deeper. I felt alive, yet I was still tethered to the reality of our time together.

"You’ve got that look again," Enid teased, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "The one where you’re lost in your thoughts. Am I going to have to pull you out of your head?"

I raised an eyebrow, suppressing a smirk. "I suppose you do have a knack for bringing me back to reality."

Her laughter was a melody in itself, brightening the moment. "And I always will, my love. You can count on that."

We continued to dance, the world falling away, leaving only the rhythm of our hearts. It was just the two of us, the connection between us palpable and undeniable. In that instant, I realized that I didn’t need to dwell on the fleeting nature of our time together, I only needed to embrace it.

"Hello, Wednesday and Enid Addams." Yoko broke into the moment, her voice dripping with playful mischief as she stepped forward, Divina and Bianca flanking her. The teasing tone of her greeting pulled me out of my reverie, and I glanced at Enid, who was suppressing a laugh.

"Omg, hi guys!" Enid said, her excitement bubbling over.

"Sorry to ruin the moment you two had earlier, but we’re here to simply congratulate the newlyweds and present our gift," Yoko announced, her enthusiasm palpable as she handed us a set of tickets.

"A flight to Italy?" Enid asked, her brow furrowing in confusion as she looked down at the tickets.

"Exactly! Well, Divina and I have been earning for it. And when Bianca caught us talking about it, she insisted to contribute. So yeah, that’s our gift to you both, a honeymoon in Italy!" Yoko exclaimed, her grin wide and infectious as she winked at us.

"OMG YOU GUYS!" Enid shrieked, launching herself toward the three of them and enveloping them in a tight hug. The sheer joy radiating from her was almost overwhelming, making me smile at her unabashed excitement.

"Plus, my uncle provided a suite for your stay there," Yoko added, her voice brimming with excitement, prompting Enid to gasp in disbelief.

"What??? Omg, Yoko. Mr. Tanaka didn’t have to do that!" Enid exclaimed, her eyes shining with gratitude and surprise.
