FLASHBACK

2 and a half month passed since the incident happened with Natalie.

She had been feeling little sick lately,  she puked several times, couldn’t shove down a morsel and was feeling dizzy as well and had zero appetite for anything that resembled to food at all.

One morning while she was getting ready to go out, she opened her purse to put the keys in.....only to freeze on the spot, noticing an unused tampon in it.

She staggered a bit!

this is the moment she dreaded the most!

It's been how long since she had her period.

Could it possible that she was preg__

She shook her head!
"no, please no.....It's just my stress, happens to many women, yeah" She muttered taking deep breath and pulling out her key to unlock her door.

but the moment lift opened and she was about to step in, something hold her back!

suddenly that small space started getting smaller. she felt breathless,

claustrophobic........

or maybe it's just the uncertainty!

instead of taking the lift, she took the stairs and went out of the building and stopped only in front of a pharmacy, she bought several pregnancy kit!

and rushed to her apartment at twice the faster speed and pulling out key she hurriedly opened the door and locked it up.

and then leaving everything on the living room floor she ran straight to the bathroom and pulled out a pregnancy kit and peed on the first kit.

her hand was shaking........her pale face turning red,

Fat, Angry tear brimmed her eyes and started rolling down her cheek.

stubbornly she pulled out another kit ripping off it's foil wrap with unnecessary force.

funny thing was you can pee only once in a few hours.

so, when nothing came out, she chugged down the whole bottle of two liters of water and waited for urine to come out.

she didn’t go for work that day.......just repeated the process until she ran out of those kit she brought.

and every time.....

EVERY SINGLE TIME...

...there were two lines!

Positive!

She should have taken after pill right that night but SHE TRIED TO FORGOT!

she even refused to think of it

AND she succeeded.

AND that's why it happened!

She threw away the kit into the toilet angrily and flushed it and took the hardest decision of her life.......

She dialed Mayur's number and told her that she needed her to collect her from the abortion clinic and send the address of it......because she wouldn’t be in any condition to drive.

To say Mayur was shocked would be an understatement of the century.

"are you sure, Nat!" Mayur mumbled looking at her nervously

''Hundred percent,......in fact maybe I'm being the best parent right now to this child that is inside me than I'll ever be to the one that I may or may not have in future'' Natalie answered with a sad smile

"But why!" She couldn’t help but ask again

''Because It's not something i want and i know i could never be a good parent to it! Every time I'd see its face it would only remind me of___''

Natalie froze......she did not tell a soul about what happened to her that night

"Of w_what!" Mayur asked with pale face

Natalie gulped and looked away but Mayuree turned her face to her and asked again in hard tone......"OF WHAT!"

''rape!'' Natalie's voice came out in a whisper as tear brimmed her eyes.....Mayur's face paled and gone red with anger at the same time

"the fucking doctor but he's so---" Mayur's eyes turned cold as she asked

"d-doctor ? who ?" Natalie confusedly asked wiping her tears

"the nerd you were dating"

"what! No! i broke up with him a months ago......, it’s just didn’t feel right, so_

"then who ? anything would be fine....just tell me how looks like"

no answer

"nat I'll find him, no matter where he is hiding"

no answer......

"nat....why do i feel like you know this person ? why didn’t you fight Nat ? you were a good fighter, you bested many in the past" She whispered brokenly

"yes, one on one......and that time all of you were there.....i wasn’t alone, i- i was outnumbered" She let out an angry sob

Mayur kept looking at Natalie face........trying to understand the meaning of her word,.......

maybe she did,

maybe she just didn’t want to say it out loud.......and yet mustering up her courage she asked,....."o-utn-numb-ered!"

with her curious question, she saw another stream of tears falling from her  eyes and she saw her swallowing bitter taste and uttering the words with great difficulty.

''Benny,.......Damian and Pugachev!''

and every word felt like someone pouring acid on Natalie's tongue.

at first Mayur felt like someone electrocuted her, a nasty shiver ran al the way down to the end of her spine making her legs feeling like jello,......good thing she was sitting on the chair beside Natalie or she'd be on the cold floor

"all of th---G_ang-rape" Mayur shuddered as her eyes welled up, her throat clogging up

"Bhai or Cole......knows ?" She asked again with shaken voice

Natalie hurriedly shook her head in fear; ''no! no! only you,.....beside I've killed two of them!

Only Benny is alive''  She whispered looking at Mayuree with fear, making her blood froze once again.

''Please promise me....you won't tell the 2 of them about this! i won't be able to face t-them'' She sniffed and requested, pointing at themselves ;

Mayur only gave her a brief nod.__before a nurse came and took Natalie away from there!
