King's Company........2 days ago!

Ezekiel had been busy with everything going around.......

first their estranged relationship, then bombing, sudden divorce and now recently he realized he's about to miss his wife's upcoming birthday, which his father reminded him very kindly.

what he actually wanted was__ this would be the day they would host a grand party and she'd be introduced to Elite society as his wife.....but that was everything got messed up badly.

and now what!

for sure he wants to do something special for her.

"to be Honest.....you do need help there, you know! if you do something to surprise her, she ain't gonna come just like that to anywhere......somebody has to bring her to the party, somebody who she trusts enough and its just 2 days from today....so think fast and i strongly suggest to keep it simple."

"and to make her think that I'm a cheapskate" Ezekiel glared at his secretary who just gave him a deadpanned look

Then a very unfamiliar voice came "you legit kept her away for 3 years even after marriage and then not even a year passed you kept her for some time and then gave her divorce and kicked her out of your house even from here - this office
and humiliated her in front of her own family,  you asshole.......trust me consider yourself lucky if she thinks of you after everything you did to her at all"

and there was the spitfire_ Natalie velez! arm crossed in front of him, eyes narrowed.

"Ms.Velez" He sighed and greeted her with a tight jaw, he was never been told off by someone except his parents, that too by an insolent little chit........he could probably crush her like a little bug, except his wife would not appreciate it, neither any of her friends

"why am i summoned like one of your servants here....." She arrogantly asked glaring him again

"first of all, trust me when i say this you will know if i ever treat you like a servant.....and second, i did not summon you" He said matching her tone and her glare

"errr.....no actually i called....like i said, we need help__you need help....pleasure to meet you ms. velez" Jared replied and greeted her

"Help with what....what's going on!" Natalie asked skeptically looking at both of them.....not taking his hand which he understood

Yohan has been ghosting Mayur for few days now and with other works, she was way too busy digesting the fact that Lena.

their LENA! was Lionel's daughter. Surprisingly even Lionel was missing from work, he often comes late and leaves early in past few these days....though he was a seasoned officer, always been very sincere and diligent and professional kind of guy and but he had been acting weirdly, after the terrorist bombing.....and specially after they found the another bomb she claimed was out there in a seven star hotel

all spooky, silent, agitated!

maybe the stress talking of whatever going on  around them......because to be honest everyone was behaving like that.

Not that she wanted to judge anyone in any way considering how socially awkward she herself was but he was acting very.....weird

how to describe, yes,......friendly after he got to know that she would be joining again, in past he never liked her, at least that's the impression he gave away, always snapping at her or pointing at her mistakes......or maybe she was reading too much into it, he was hehow to describe, yes,......friendlyr trainer after all, he was just doing his job.
