"কি যে ছাইপাঁশ খাস এসব.....আমি তো পারিনা বাপু, কোথায় একটু ভেবেছিলাম এতোদিন পর একটু বাঙালি খাবার খাবো তা নয়......কোলকাতায় এসেও চাইনিজ!"

[ all of you had to eat this rubbish here as well.....seriously! i thought we'd have some pure authentic Bengali cuisine, but no! chinese came here too ] Noyon parrish was grumbling and making face while coiling noodles around her fork half-heartedly.....

Ferdousi and Mayur snickered understanding her words just fine while four men were eating, apparently enjoying their food very much and occasionally stealing questioning glances every now and then.....Alec knew some bengali but not much, a snort left his mouth as well anyway understanding the fact that she wanted to have some Bengali food and she wasn’t liking it here.

They were having dinner in Mainland China......It was Ferdousi's husband's idea.....as well as Cole's. They wanted to try Chinese cuisine here at a newly opened restaurant.

so, after awhile their female server came to ask about if they liked the food and everything......obviously in her half english/half chinese accent, made slightly difficult for Noyon to understand his words.....everyone responded her nicely except three guesses who.

The server was expectantly staring at Noyon who was busy sulking and eating......Ferdousi gave Noyon a little poke and pointed at the server. She looked up, took a deep breath and said......"শোন আমি বাপু মিথ্যে কইতে পারবোনা......বলে দাও ওকে যে ভবিষ্যতে যদি ভারত আর চায়নার যুদ্ধ লাগে তাহলে ভারতের হয়ে সবথেকে সামনের কাতারে আমি দাঁড়াবো, হুম"

Mayur and Ferdousi looked at each other and started laughing......

"mama...please, don't say that"

"Noyon..." Alec chided

"what did she say ?" Jess, Ferdousi's husband innocently asked while other 2 men looked confused as well because of how two women were laughing like crazy

"পারবোনা আমি.....তুমিই এখানে নিয়ে এসেছো, তুমিই বলোগে"

[ I'm not saying anything.....you brought me here so, you say ]

after their laughter subsided....Mayur said some nice words on behalf of her mother but after she's gone Jess asked again to translate whatever she said.....

"she said she can't lie.......and asked us to tell him that if ever India and China goes to war in the future, she will stand in the front row for India" Mayur answered

and with that everyone brust into laughter once again......

safe to say everyone enjoyed that dinner..... good thing they booked a very early ticket so, they arrived soundly in time for late dinner, they'll leave for their village tomorrow morning.

so, as much as Mayur enjoyed the dinner... just the moment they reached the hotel and handed over the keys for their rooms, her face turned grim.

Cole was the only one who was surprise addition and he already had booking in another hotel not far from their's but other than that everything else was planned. Hotel was so overbooked.......so when she asked for another single room it wasn’t possible. Her nostril flared up in anger, she turned to glare at her mother when Ferdousi explained politely that they didn’t do the bookings.

"umm......we didn’t book it Mayu, don't look at Ma like that, it was Pinak Mamu, since no one here knows about__"

"fine i won't.....i won't look and i won't blame, just so you know if he tries anything funny I'll kick his Crown Jewel so hard to the point where he'll have nightmares about it for years to come and he'll have problem siring children as well" She threatened in a such soft slithery voice,....just like a snake hissing...making him visibly flinch and even Noyon and Ferdousi paled and just the moment bellboys came to carry their luggages she didn’t let anyone touch her's.....thankfully Alec and Jess didn’t  hear her and Cole just chose to ignore it

with that threat left hanging in the air she strutted away from there to the direction of their respective room.....and others followed shortly after her.

"i'm really s__ Ferdousi was about to apologize but Ezekiel cut her off

"yeah, don't worry about that" though he'd never say it out loud but he was really really really fucking amused and proud.......turned on even, the way her large eyes throwing fire at him and everyone and the way she threatened him.....too bad because it only managed to make his jeans felt slightly tight around his--- a release was much needed at that point, it's been too long without her.

God knows....she'll test his patience tonight.

"are you done daydreaming about your ex-wife!" Cole shepherd whispered in his ear from behind making him come out of his reverie, he frowned at him.

Cole rolled his eyes at his obviousness and said "save your explanation

--- and good luck" slapping his back roughly as the lift stopped and door opened, he got in and left.
