A Court of Flame and Shadow (Azriel x eris)

I fear ive become a little attached to these two! i owe literally everything to them.  I know i said this was over, but turns out i just cant let them go. so, suffice to say, ill be starting a new story  from exclusively eris' perspective, where he navigates being high lord after his father dies, and all the other similar complications. It'll include a high lord meeting and some extra drama. I hope you will read it! (id hate for you to get sick of this but it will be a little different, with longer chapters and extra plot.)

Azriel had left for the Night Court, leaving Eris all on his own in Dawn. He would be back within the hour, of course, but it was the longest they had been apart since Eris had... woken up. Was that what you would call it? He was already awake, but hardly alive... it was complicated. Everything was complicated now. The news from Summer didn't help, and Rhysand pulling Azriel away broke his heart a little. The High Lord had apologized profusely, of course, but with Amren leaving he was in a tizzy. It had been funny, for a moment, to see someone so powerful so frazzled, but the humor of the situation was manufactured. 

Thesan had spoken briefly with Rhysand before he left, and had informed Eris that he would be hosting a meeting of all the High Lords, so they could discuss Berons passing as a group, and whatever had happened in Summer (which he hadn't been told of), and what this would cause for the new world, and the place that was once the wall. It was likely also an excuse to see if Tamlin was still of sound mind. 

Eris's southern neighbor had always been a bit of a question mark. Highly strung, especially since Feyre left, and with a temper kept on a short stick, he was an awful person to communicate with. Although, Eris had heard rumors that Tamlin had met someone who was bringing him back down to earth, just a little.
