When Tilly awoke the next morning, she was quite confused.

Not only was there no one inside the house as far as she could hear, but there were a number of military vans outside, surrounding the farm. If Tilly were being honest, she was slightly glad that none of the Kents were around.

She wasn't sure how to approach the conversation that she knew they needed to have.

Clark Kent was Superman.

It was crazy, but she was knew it was true. After everything that's happened, everything that's been said, it was an unavoidable truth in her eyes.

The being that she'd always admired for his strength, bravery, morality, and humanity was her best friend's dad. It was Martha's son. Or adoptive son. Someone that had become something of a father figure to her was a true hero.

But that wasn't the tough pill to swallow.

What was a tough pill to swallow was the issue of how long they were planning on keeping her in the dark about this big, family secret, whilst allowing her to stay with them. She could understand that they weren't rushing to tell her due to not knowing her for too long. Tilly had her secrets too – they all knew that. However, she was making the attempt to unravel those secrets due to a level of trust that she's built with them. Especially with Jonathan.

Whilst her trust in them hadn't faltered per say, she was hesitant in continuing to confess her darkest confessions, without the same sentiment being returned.

Deeming herself hungry, Tilly rummaged through one of the cupboards for some food before deciding that she wanted to make an effort to hang out with Sarah today. She hadn't exactly spent a good amount of time with her since everything went down with her father, so why not try today.

On the walk over to the Cushing residence, Tilly was rather calm until her eyes laid upon the quiet road around her. Only then did she begin to feel slightly nervous all of a sudden.

What if her father found her now? She was alone on some quiet roads, in the middle of a cornfield practically. She'd made herself an easy target. Clark... or Superman... was M.I.A at the moment, she hadn't seen Lois, Jonathan or Jordan since last night, and they were probably way too busy trying to find Clark/Superman to worry about her. Whilst she would fight as best as she could, she realised that with the powers her father had, she would more than likely lose dismally. With that thought, the girl continued her walk with a much quicker pace in an effort to lose the opening her father would've had.

Luckily, Tilly made it at the house safe and sound.

However, what Tilly didn't expect to find was the front of the house covered in red painted letters.

'GET OUT OF SMALLVILLE'

It was truly disgusting how some people in this town could stoop so low as to do this. Yes, Kyle vouched for Edge in the beginning, but it wasn't as if he knew what was really going on under all the pretenses. Besides, he was manipulated into earning a 'job' under false pretenses, just as many of the other townsfolk did. It wasn't his fault.

And at the time where everyone should be building each other back up after such traumatic events such as being body snatched, instead the town is attacking each other and pointing fingers as if they were in one big passing the blame game.

Tilly wasn't too sure how long she had been stood there, gazing at the horrible picture until a car pulled up, behind her.

"Oh my god" Tilly heard Lana gasp in horror as Kyle stormed out of the car, moving closer to the words written across the front of their house.
