Friday night.
Michael ; " ...and I cant come over why? "
Tori ; " Because my mom and dad are home together and we're having dinner...! "
Michael ; " So, you cant come to me afterwards ;) "
Tori ; " Its already 6, and dinner wont be ready till nearly 7. I'll see okay?! "
Michael ; " Yeah okay...because not having you for a few days...builds up ;P "
Tori ; " Watch some videos... haha! "
Michael ; " Not the same Tor...not the same... "
Tori ; " OhMyGosh! Okay, I cant promise anything. Talk to you later, and stop texting me at the table! "
Michael ; " Sorry about that... "
"Tori?!" She heard her name getting called. "Yeah?" Tori called back. "Dinner's ready!" Her mom shouted back. Tori nodded, and stood up heading downstairs as she put her phone into her jean pocket. "Smells great mom" Tori commented as she sat at the table. "Thanks hun, made quite a lot though so if you want seconds...help yourself" Her mom smiled putting a large cassorole dish in the middle of the table.
As they began to eat dinner Tori's dad smiled at her. "So, hows school?" He asked. "Yeah, doing okay. Usual..." Tori smiled. "Yeah, hows your friends?" He asked. "Hanna and Spencer are good. Hanna is a little on edge lately, Caleb wasnt at school all week because he was away to this programme thing. They havent spoke in a few days..." Tori sighed, shaking her head as she looked to her mom.
"Caleb? Her boyfriend?" Her dad asked. "Yeah" Tori nodded. "They've been together what now?" Her mom asked. "Nearly a year and...four months" Tori nodded. "Wow..maybe..." Her mom began. "Oh, they fight sometimes mom, but i dont think they're breaking up..." Tori told her. "You never know...a relationship isnt healthy when your always fighting" Her mom told her. "They're teenagers. Isnt it all about..." Her dad widened his eyes a little.
"Dad, they're 18. Whatever they do in they're relationship is they're busniess" Tori smiled at her dad. "Well, no offence but Hanna doesnt want her relationships like her parents. All loved up one minute, then a divorce" Her mom sighed, as she ate. "Mom...her dad cheated. Theres a difference" Tori told her. "Yeah, exactly. Her dad obviously wasnt happy, so thats why he went looking else where"
"Okay! Mom...! Can we not please?!" Tori told her, clearly a little uncomfortable. "Sorry" Her mom nodded. "So...how is Spencer and...Toby is it?" Her mom then asked. "Doing good." Tori sighed, as she continued eating. "Your other friend has a boyfriend?" Her dad asked. "Yep. Just at summer" Tori looked at her dad. Her dad laughed a little as he looked at Tori's mom. "Your not hiding a guy are you?" Her dad asked her.
Tori gulped down some food, before looking at her dad. "What?! No." She spat out. "Nahh, we would know..." Her mom grinned a little. Tori looked back and forth at her mom and dad before looking down at her plate. "Yeah...obvious company. A tall guy with, black hair, tattoos and piercings maybe" Tori joked a little. "How is Johnny?" Her mom blurted out. Tori looked at her. "Uhm...good. I think" Tori nodded. "Johnny? Whos Johnny?" Her dad asked.
"Tori talks to him when she goes to the music store" Her mom told him. "Is that why you go there a lot?" Her dad looked at her. "What?! No! I go there because i like music!" Tori shook her head looking at her dad. Her mom laughed quietly. "What are you trying to say?" Tori looked at her mom. "Nothing! Im just asking how he was" She smiled. "You dont usually, and i havent been since...last weekend" Tori told her.
