Chapter 12: Lost and Found

Recap: We ran, as fast as we could. I told him to go on without me, that they wouldn't hurt me. It took him some convincing that I would be fine, but he finally left me to be "rescued" by my pack. I finally smelt the scent of my pack, including my father. 'Shit.'

Paige's POV:

"Hey daddy!?! What are you doing here in the middle of the woods?!?"

My father look pissed as fuck at me. 'I'm screwed'

"What am I doing here? WHAT AM I DOING HERE! I came all this fucking way to find you and all you ask is what are you doing in the woods!?! What the fuck Paige!"

My wolf wimpered at the tone of my father's tone. His Alpha Dylan tone.

<yep we are dead> My wolf wimpered.

"Look dad I can expl..."

"Explain? No you can't fucking explain why the hell your running off into the woods to see a fucking rogue. I raised you better Paige Emilia Woods. Charley, take my daughter back home and get the guards to watch over her. I have a fucking mutt to find."

Charley, my dad's Beta and also Lucy's dad, look hesitant to follow my father's orders. 'Why would he be scared to do what my father said?'

"Yes Alpha Dylan."

Charley took ahold of my upper arm and started dragging me back home.
He mouthed I'm sorry to me.

'He's probably sorry because he knows what's up' My wolf told me.

'How would he know?'

'Because his wolf told me he knew.'

We started walking closer to the pack house when suddenly a loud howl came from inside the house. A white wolf jumped out the open door to my home. 'Mom, well she looks pissed at me.'

She shifted back to her human form and looked like she was about to cry.

"Sweetie my god I missed you! Where the hell have you been? I would love to yell at you right now but you need a shower, you stink!"

Leave it to my mother to be more calm about this then my dad. So I left to go back into the house to get cleaned up for my mother's sake. 'I just hope she doesn't yell at me too bad...'

Alpha Dylan's POV:

After I sent my daughter home with my Beta, I started on the search of the rogue my daughter has been running to. I just don't know how stupid Paige is thinking she is. An alpha's daughter being "friends" with a rogue. What I hated most is that my daughter smelt an awful lot like a male rogue. 'The fucking bastard better not have been fooling around with my Paige!'

'Don't go after him, she cares about him. I can feel it." My wolf whispered.

I decided to ignore my wolf, to angry to listen to anyone. 'I'm gonna make that bastard wish he never messed with my daughter!'

Jake's POV:

God I missed her. I should've never left her to be found by her pack. I know she told me to leave, didn't mean I want to. I wanted to protect her and make her feel like she is everything. But I let her go. God I'm a fucking douche. I'm a terrible mate. My parents were right, I'm a terrible wolf. I'm not fit to run a pack. My Mate wouldn't want me. They were right. I should've just killed myself when I had a chance.

'Don't you fucking dare think about that! You have Paige that you would leave behind. It would kill her to not know why you did it...' My wolf whispered.

'I know, Paige is counting on me. I need to tell her soon.'

'You better...'
