Recap: Dr. Charles comes running up to me, breathing heavy. Damn he really needs to workout more.

"Alpha, he woke up, and he's not very happy."

Alpha Dylan's POV:

I return to the room I put Blaze in, his voice booming and shaking the walls and doors around him.

"WHERE IS MY DEVIL OF A BROTHER! IM GOING TO KILL THAT THIEVING MUTT!"

Dr. Charles shakes in fear, his body backing towards the frill door.

"Please Sir, I... I have no idea where your brother is. I can go grab Alpha Dylan if you wish to speak to him. Please don't hurt me I'm only trying to heal your wounds."

Blaze stalks towards the pack doctor, as if getting ready to go for the kill.

"I'm healed, so your job is done. Now let me go, I have orders to attend to..."

Blaze grabs Dr. Charles throat and pushes him against the wall, making him choke on his own breath. I growl loudly, bursting in the door. I wrap my hand around the mutts throat, throwing him against the wall. Before he can get back up, Dr. Charles stabs him with an injection of wolfsbane, instantly knocking Blaze out. I nod at the doctor, noting that I need to leave. Pack warriors rush in to take Blazes unconscious body into the pack cells...

Paige's POV:

We ate dinner in an awkward silence. My mothers silent tears running down her face, and my brother and mate glaring across the wooden table. Me and Lily gave each other side glances, wondering how the hell could a dinner be this quiet. The only noise in the room was the breaths each one of us took and my mothers quiet weeping. We still haven't heard anything from the pack about my father, nor should we like to know how many killings he's made. He's an angry man, but no one would have thought he would walk out.

As we all dumped our dishes in the sink, my best friend Lucy barges through the door. Her breath heavy as if she was running all the way here. We all stare at her in worry and confusion.

"Your dad, Alpha Dylan is back."

My Mother looks in horror as the words left Lucy's mouth. She stumbles back at her back hits the wall. Jackson rushes by our mothers side, keeping her balance steady.

"He's in the clinic right now, they found a rogue in the woods."

Lily growled lowly and rushed out the door, quickly shifting into her large, gray wolf. My mother sobs against the wall as Jackson holds her balance. I look at my pale faced mate, fear spread across his face.

'Comfort him! Mate don't feel good..."

Worry laced in my wolf's voice. Something didn't feel right, a strong scent surrounded the pack house. Jake looked like he was gonna pass out. I grabbed his hand and sat him on the couch. He had tears streaming down his godly face. Something definitely isn't right here!

Jake's POV:

I know that scent, I will always remember that scent. The fact that he's here near my mate and me gets me more worried. He has to know I'm here, how could he not? He's come to take my mate away from me! I can't ever let that happen to her!

'Hey calm down, your scaring our mate!'

I look over at her and suddenly feel faint. Don't you fucking faint! I need to protect my mate! Paige grabs ahold of my hand with her small ones, that puts my wolf at ease. I suddenly feel wet streaks coming down my face. I'm crying? Oh Moon Goddess, now she thinks I'm a pussy! I look at her flawless face, worry etched in her eyes. She smiles at me, my god that beautiful smile! Her smile could melt any man's heart.

'How did we get so lucky with her?' My wolf smirks.

'I don't think that question will ever be answered Jake'

I'm going to kill my brother if it's the last thing I do....
