The tall sheep walked from the pile of rocks towards what seemed like a small dirt shack made out of red clay. It left out a sigh as the silence began getting louder and louder. He looked around and saw a hologram of the campfire where it had been with his friends. Walking towards the hologram the tall sheep looked at it for a while. Then light began pouring in from outside. The tall sheep thought this was strange, as the flower field doesn't glow so bright because the light season already passed. So why, he asked himself, was there so much light? As the tall sheep walked outside it realized a field fire had started!
He began to panic and could not find water to put the fire out. The wind began to blow and the fire grew more and more comsuming the field rapidly. The tall sheep realized it needed to do something so it began running towards a village in the distance to try and get help. The locals looked at the sheep as it tried explaining to them what was happening but they did not understand. In a way they where amused by the creature.
"The flower field is burning!" the tall sheep exclaimed.
An old man stood up and pointed at the horizon, as the flames began to light the smoky sky in to a blaze. The old man began chanting a song and people all over the village came out of their houses with gardening tools. The tall sheep was relieved that the people finally understood him and followed them as they all walked towards the field singing loudly. Half of they field was still intact, the tall sheep thought it was still salvageable. But then the people did something the tall sheep did not expect. They began digging a trench around the limits of the field being very careful not to touch any flowers, and they left all the flowers in the side of the fire.
"Wait! No, we need to save the flowers!" said the tall sheep trying to show some of the locals and picking the flowers. But the old man walked towards the tall sheep and took the flowers he was holding and tossed them in to the wind. The flowers flew towards the fire and the tall sheep stood there confused. Everyone stood watching the flames from a safe distance as they sang and danced. The tall sheep was confused by all of this, and somewhat angry. "How could they let the flower field brun up?" He asked himself. "Why wouldn't they help? Why did the old man tosesed the flowers in to the flames?"
He felt anger, not only because they did not help, but because they where having fun while the field was burning. "How could such people be?" he asked himself. "Not bothered by this..."
He felt anger, not only because they did not help, but because they where having fun while the field was burning. "How could such people be?" he asked himself. "Not bothered by this..."
As the tall sheep thought about these things observing the locals a star in the sky began to get brighter and brighter. The locals began to point up and shout loudly a song as more and more stars got brighter. The tall sheep realized it wasn't stars, but ships approaching. Many Cephalopod ships began to fly by the sky and the locals cheered loudly. As the flew by, snow and ice flakes fell from the skies and began to extinguishe the flames. As the people ran in the direction the Cephalopod ships where landing the tall sheep stood observing everything. "I wonder what just happened." he asked himself.
He was now alone again, but he could hear music and a large crowd in the distance. The tall sheep walked over to the trench and looked at the burnt field. He stood there looking at the ashes in the water that had filled the trench. He saw the reflection of the stars with the ashes and water and a light flashed out of the sudden. The tall sheep looked up and a cuttlefish ship was hovering over him in what seemed like an attack maneuver. The sheep sighed and took out an orb and pressed it against its body and he transformed in to a human as the orb got absorbed.
"At least I can go out looking like my self!" said the tall man dressed in woven clothes not knowing what was about to happen.
The space cuttlefish ship opened its tentacles revealing a door that opened and a glowing alien with green hair and a young man with a backwards cap and immaculate drip came out walking down. They both jumped out and landed infront of the man that was the tall sheep.
"Shep Shep! What are you doing on this dull place? The merchant festival just started! I hear they have really good food and music." said the alien
"Sup brah" said the young man with rizz
"Kosman!" said the man dressed in woven wool clothes as he began giggling. But then he stopped. "Man, your flower field burnt completely. Sorry I couldn't save it" he said with a sad tone, as the silence began to grow louder for him.
But the alien walked towards him and gave him a pat on the back and said
"What do you mean Shep Shep? Also its Kosmic. You managed to burn it completely just in time! Now the seed pods will break easily and a new batch of flowers will grow soon. Well done."Shep Shep looked confused. "You mean that was supposed to happen? You are supposed to brun the fields?"
"Well, not too often, but generally when ever the land needs to replace its nutrients, it becomes a bit dry and that leads to a natural fire that helps the cycle continue. It's hard to predict how often it happens tho. But good job saving the locals as well. Very nice trench." said Kosmic as he began dancing to the loud music from a far. "Would you like to grab a bite before we go to Earth's moon for our dance party?"
"Sure but I thought more people where supposed to meet up with us here" said Shep Shep as they began walking.
"Yeah, we kinda got split up but hopefully Ben and Blue can gather the rest in time. How are the rest of the galaxies?" asked Kosmic.
"No android armada has attacked any of them" said Shep Shep "It seems like they are focused on Earth for some reason."
"Hm.. Good to hear they are behaving how you predicted. Any breakthroughs with the outcast?" said Kosmic
"No, but we are still working with her and she has been very cooperative with us. Who would have thought that an android could think independently from the mother board. Nothing like this has ever been reported on the universal logs or your Tester scrolls. We have reasons to believe she might be a hybrid from Earth's incident and not an andoid." said Shep Shep
"Hold up, there are good androids?" asked the young man with rizz.
"Well... we don't know her intentions yet. But she has been very helpful." Said Shep Shep
"Is she still asking for the same thing in return for the information?" Asked Kosmic
"Affirmative. One hundred flower seeds from all over the universe a day." Said Shep Shep
"Good, I'll collect some from the field later and take them with me. If Ben manages to get the cyborg on our side, maybe she can help to get through. Blue has done a great deal so far, I should bring him some snaks from the merchants. What so you think astronauts like Ken?" said Kosmic to the young man with rizz as he seemed confused and overwhelmed with all the people surrounding them in the village.
"Is he ok Kosman?" asked Shep shep.
"I don't know" said Kosmic stopping and waiting for Ken.
