A Beautiful Encounter part 4

The comunicarion console lighted up as Kosmic got the ship ready to enter warp space. Ken and Shep Shep where putting on their warp suits when a badger in what seemed like an arsenal appeared on the communications monitor.

"YER BETTER NOT BE TAKING HUMANS IN TO WARP SPACE KOSMIC!" Yelled the badger as he put together something with wires and a TNT logo on it. "YALL HAD AN AGREEMENT"

"Agent Gim, its the fastest way and I figured out a working prototype to adapt to the suits. It is extremely sa-" as Kosmic tried to explain to the Badger what he was going to do the arsenal lit up with red alarm lights.

"WELL I GUESS ITS YOUR LUCKY DAY, KOSMIC! I AM GETTING AN ALERT THAT SOON THE TIN CAN FLEAT WILL BE HERE. YOU PUT TOGETHER SOME WEIRD TEAM, BUT I GUESS LITTLE BEN IS READY AND THAT HALF ROBOCOP LADY HAS SOME FIGHT IN HER. BLUE IS SETTING UP THE EARTH DEFENSES AND JOE HAS THE MARTIAN COLONY UNDER CONTROL. DIDNT THINK THAT CRAZY RACOON HAD IT IN HIM! GET YOUR BUTT HERE AND DONT MESS UP THE HUMANS YOU GOT WITH YE!" Said the badger giving out a big "YEEHAW" as he put on a cowboy hat on and the monitors went off.

"What was that? Why was he so loud?" Asked Shep shep.

"That was agent Gim, he's Blue's and Joe's boss. They are also agents for MAÇA, your goverments space defense." Said Kosmic.

"You work for the government?" Asked Ken

"No, they are just doing their job. We are just helping them to face the android invasion. Funny story actually, Blue actually was the agent assigned when I got captured by your planet's -" said Kosmic as the computers started lighting up "-oh! Systems are go for warp space! Are you two ready?" 

Shep shep and Ken nodded and Kosmic began the countdown. Shep shep had a nervous look in his face. "By the way, im not Huma-" he tried to say but the ship began acceleration as it shot energy beams in front of it. Opening what seemed like tunnels. Everything began distorting as they cross each tunnel. Eventually nothing was recognizable as light seemed to blend with everything else. Kosmic had a very big grin on his face. And in an instant everything seemed to go back to normal inside the ship. But outside it was like nothing they had ever seen.

"Welcome to warp space" said Kosmic pointing towards the windows. Traveling through warp space Ken and Shep shep looked at the light show beyond the ship. It was like nothing they had ever seen. It looked like waves, but also dust, objects that appeared and disappeared, things that would get close and be so far. It all seemed new, it all seemed strange yet familiar.

"So this is how it is for you all the time?" Asked Ken.

"I think im gonna barf" said Shep shep holding his helmet trying to stabilize himself.

"Well, in a way yes. But each other place is different. I wish more people could experience it. But I'm glad you two are here experiencing it with me." Said Kosmic entering a code in to the control panel in the same way as he did before. "Soon we will arrive at the moon base. The cyborg and the kiddo should be there. It seems he was able to convince her to follow our plan that is... That one eludes me."

Then something similar to a comet appeared next to the ship, it kept getting closer and closer and an alarm went on.

"What's going on?" Asked Ken. 
"Why is there a lady flying next to the ship?!" Asked Shep shep surprised and pointing to the comet like person that was looking at them from outside the ship.

"A Tester?" Said Kosmic in awe walking towards the window and putting his hands on the glass. He tried to see if he could recognize the energy pattern but it wasnt any that he knew. The comet like lady flew closer and waved at the tree. She had golden goggles and ice flowed around her like a dress. Then she disappeared. "Woah" said Kosmic as the alarm got louder. "Exiting Warp Space" said the computer as the ship shot another beam of energy and a tunnel opened.

"You know her?" Asked Ken.

"No, its the first time I saw that tester. Usually the warp space routs are empty. But we are almost at the moon base. I messed up, got too distracted there. Now we have to slow down if we dont want to crash in to the moon" said Kosmic running to the controls. 

"Crash what?" Asked Shep shep and Ken in terror.
