JACK POV:
I made my way to where Ayanokoji told me to meet up. I truly wasn't expecting a message like this, he told me he needed help.
Him of all people asking for help? That piqued my curiosity and interest. I'm still kinda pissed at him, but maybe this is where we make amends.
I turned the corner and saw him staring out at the ocean.
Jack: Hey.
He turned around and acknowledged me.
Ayanokoji: Hi.
I went up next to him and we both leaned over the railing and stared out at the ocean. We sat in silence for a moment, as the evening breeze slowly passed through.
Ayanokoji: I thought about what you said.
I looked over at him and saw his expression remained the same as it always is, but he seemed different. Like he was seriously contemplating something.
Jack: Okay?
Ayanokoji: I was going to do something to win the rabbit group and get someone on my side, my method was...
Jack: Sociopathic?
He nodded.
Ayanokoji: Yes. Before I set it in motion I thought of what you told me. I do truly wish to change, and perhaps you were right about me being scared to. So I want your help.
He looked over at me. His eyes showed me that he was being genuine. I had a small smile come to my face.
Jack: You wanna change huh? And you want my help to do so?
He nodded.
Jack: Alright then. Let's do it, but this isn't a one-time thing, I'm not letting you fall back into that bullshit mindset again.
He seemed to be reminiscing about something.
Ayanokoji (thoughts): Yuki said something similar about what we were taught in the White Room. I still haven't even apologized to him yet, so why is he so willing to help? Is this the true friendship that Yuki and Matsuo spoke of? I'm afraid I don't yet understand it. But I wish to. With all my heart.
Jack: Well? What's the problem?
He went on to tell me what was going down with Karuizawa and the girls from Class C, and what Hirata had told him. Which was that they were in a fake relationship so she could be protected. And Hirata also told him of her past dealing with bullying.
His original plan was... Fucking disgusting, to say the least. He was going to trick Karuizawa into going to the bottom of the ship where there would be no one around. Then he would have the Class C girls bully Karuizawa until she's broken down enough to be manipulated by him into becoming a pawn.
The fact he came up with such a plan and was going to do it made me slightly disappointed, but at the same time, I was happy that he decided not to go through with it, and instead asked me for help.
Ayanokoji: So? How should we go about this?
I thought carefully about what we should do.
Jack: Hmm... Alright, here's the plan.
THIRD PERSON POV:
Kei was at the bottom of the ship waiting for the Class C girls to show up.
Kei (thoughts): I just have to endure it long enough for them to get proof... I can do this...
Eventually, Manabe and her gang showed up and began to bully Kei. They verbally assaulted her and then began to grab her hair and throw her down.
