Few hours later
Tierra POV
Our family filtered in and out throughout the day once everyone found out I had the baby. Most were hoping he came on Taj birthday but my baby said he's his own man and wanted his own day.
I walked back to my room with Taj walking with me. They had me walking at certain times of day to keep my blood circulating.
"This shit be having you look like a damn grandma" he said as he held my hand.
I flicked him off.
"Oh believe me soon as them six weeks up your ass is mine" he said.
"Fuck six weeks we not doing shit until I get my birth control shots back on" I said.
"Better be within that 6 weeks. Once that six weeks hit I don't give a fuck about nothing" he said.
"Whatever, you think they brought my baby back yet" I asked.
"She said once you get in the room they'll bring him" he said.
"She did" I said forgetting.
"I miss Papa" I said as we rounded the corner almost to my room.
"Tierra he just left" Taj said.
"I know but I don't like being away from them too long" I said.
He shook his head.
We made it to my room and I went and used the bathroom and then he helped me back in bed.
A nurse let me know she was going to get the baby.
"You hungry I told Jay to get us something when they on the way" he said.
"Yes tell them bring me some barria tacos from the spot on 29th" I said.
"Aight" he said.
They brought my baby back and he was crying ready to eat so I went ahead and breast fed him.
Taj came over and sat beside me.
He rubbed my legs watching me feed the baby.
"What" I said.
I could see he was thinking.
"I think imma let Tiara get the BMW instead of trading it in and imma go get that new Durango" he said.
I nodded.
"It's a lot for a 17 year old but she's responsible" I said.
"Yea imma keep doing the payments to help her build up her credit and I'll put myself on there as a co-signer for her" he said.
"That's smart and she'll be set for when she ready to move out. Has she picked a college yet" I asked.
He shook his head no.
"She's thinking about going to New York where her dad stay" he said.
I made a face.
"Ya mama said that y'all all have the same dad" I said.
"That nigga lost that title with me when he left" Taj said.
I simply just nodded.
"I haven't spoken to my dad since he got picked up he said he ain't want us to see him in there like that" I said.
Taj looked at me "you miss him" he asked.
"Like hell I was such a big daddies girl. I didn't know what the word no meant when he was around. I didn't care for how he treated my mom even though he said he loved her but I know for sure he loved us" I said moving Tais hand off his cheek.
