2 weeks later
Tierra POV
"Are you gonna bring the kids by tomorrow" my mom asked as I stood to leave.
"I'll see what Taj is doing if not you can come over" I said.
"What you mean see what he's doing" she asked walking me to the door.
"You know I'm supposed to take it easy and we agreed to not leave me around the kids by myself especially not while driving because I'm not supposed to do this with my memory not back yet anyways" I said to her.
She nodded "well I'll just come by then you okay to drive home" she asked as I opened the front door.
I nodded "I got the address saved in my phone" I said.
"Okay well I'll see you tomorrow" she said.
"Okay" I said stepping off her porch.
I walked down to the gate and heard gun shots.
"Tierra" I heard my mom call out.
I got down and held my head as my ears rung and my head started to pound before everything went black.
Few Minutes Later
I opened my eyes and looked around.
"Tierra baby you good" Taj said sitting beside me.
"Yes where am I" I asked looking around.
I was in a living room laying on someone's couch.
"Here give her this water" my mom said walking over.
"Here" Taj said and handed me a glass of water.
I sat up slowly my head still hurting and took the water. I drank some and looked at Taj and my mom.
"Where are we" I asked.
"Baby do you know who we are" Taj said.
I looked at him like he was crazy.
"Taj cut the shit yes now where are we" I said.
He looked at my mom and then me.
"Your moms" he said confused.
"Ma you redecorated" I asked.
"We should take her to the hospital the doctor said to bring her in" my mom said.
"The doctors what's going on" I said confused.
"Tierra come on we need to go get you checked out" Taj said standing.
"For what I just have a little headache" I said.
"Yea and you blacked out your mom said that's why you're on the couch" he said.
I got up with him and we walked outside and he helped me into my car.
We drove to the hospital and they got me to a room. I sat on the bed confused.
"Hi Tierra I heard you blacked out" the doctor said walking in.
"Yea I'm fine I just have a headache" I said.
She nodded as she went and washed her hands "we'll get you something for that. Do you remember what happened before you blacked out" she asked.
"No I just woke up in an unfamiliar place and Taj said it was my moms house she got new furniture I guess" I said.
"Mrs Tami how long ago did you change your furniture" the doctor said.
"Wait you know them" I asked confused.
