Tierra POV
"Tierra I said leave that shit alone damn you always pushing shit" Taj said as we drove home from his moms.
"Taj stop fucking talking to me like that" I said hitting his chest.
He glanced at me as he drove.
"Say something so I can really hit yo goofy ass" I said turning my body to look at him.
"I swear G" he said lowly as he shook his head.
My phone started to ring so I picked it up.
"Hello" I answered seeing it was the kids school.
"Hi is this mrs Johnson, this is ms Golden from Brookwood elementary" Tai teacher said.
"Yes this is; is everything okay" I asked.
I noticed Taj take glances at me.
"Put it in speaker" he said.
I rolled my eyes but I did.
"Yes everything is okay Tai just has been very disruptive in class today. He's in art class right now but I have to go get the class soon for lunch.
He told me his father wasn't home and to call you instead when I told him I'd let you know about his behavior. He's a very great student and very smart but it's hard to keep him focused after he finishes his work he likes to start talking or making noises during quiet time leading to the class getting off track and he's quite the class clown" she said.
I sighed.
"I wanted to call and let you know and to schedule a conference when ever you're available" she said.
"Actually I'm available now, my husband and I can be there in roughly 5 minutes" I said.
"Oh great they get out of art in the next 30 minutes so that'll give us time before I have to get them" she said.
"Okay well I'll see you shortly" I said to her.
"Great see you soon bye bye" she said.
"Bye" I said and hung up.
"His birthday party is done you know that right" Taj said.
I sighed and got on my phone as he made a u-turn to get to the school.
Once we got to the school we checked in and went to Tais class.
"Hi welcome in" his teacher said greeting us.
"Hi" I said to her.
"Hey" Taj said.
We went and sat down near her desk. She showed us Tai class work and test scores and he was an all A student.
"We do recommend adhd testing for children like him" she said.
"He doesn't have adhd" Taj said.
I gave him a quick glare.
"He doesn't" Taj said.
"Who do you recommend we see" I asked.
Taj sucked his teeth but I ignored him.
"I will give you her contact she's really good. I actually had her help with diagnosing my son" she said smiling going into her phone.
I nodded.
"I actually have to go get the class now so I can walk you all out on my way" she said standing.
We did too.
